If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

Select the UA Sync icon in the upper right hand corner of the dashboard. If your headphones are connected, they will appear under "My Apps and Devices". Tap on "UA Sport Wireless Heart Rate" and you will see your headphones settings. Your headphones' battery life appears in the top left corner. If you have an IOS device, you also will be able to see the battery life indicator in the upper right hand corner next to the BT symbol. Additionally, you should hear the audible voice stating ‘low battery’ when you have 15-20 minutes left of battery life left on the headphones.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
