In order to power on and pair the Y500, make sure that the device you are attempting to connect to has the BT on and is in search mode. Move the ON/OFF button from its OFF position to its ON position, which is the middle of the cutout located on the RIGHT ear cup. It will remain there, and the headphones are now ON. The blue LED will start blinking, indicating that Bluetooth pairing is possible. If you need to reset the BT pairing, move the ON/OFF button against the spring load button to the opposite position of the OFF position, and keep it there for 4- 5 seconds. Now the BT system is reset, and new pairing is possible. Please Note: The Y500 features Multi-point Connectivity which allows you to switch from two different devices.Was this helpful?
