Press the headphone touch control located on the RIGHT ear loop for 15 seconds while the headphones are being charged.
Note that resetting the Dive will not erase music contained in the MP3 memory.

The track control button is located in the center of the inline microphone. This also serves as the pause/play button and enables you to answer and hang up phone calls. Two quick clicks on the center button will skip the tracks forward to the next song. Multiple quick clicks will skip the tracks backward. The on/off button is a spring-loaded slider button. Press the button upwards against the spring pressure, and hold it there for about three seconds. Now you will hear the "off" prompt sound in the headphone speakers, and the LED light goes out. Now the headphones are switched off.
