The track control button is located in the center of the inline microphone. This also serves as the pause/play button and enables you to answer and hang up phone calls. Two quick clicks on the center button will skip the tracks forward to the next song. Multiple quick clicks will skip the tracks backward. Press the headphone touch control located on the RIGHT ear loop for 15 seconds while the headphones are being charged.
Note that resetting the Dive will not erase music contained in the MP3 memory.

The best way is to carefully insert your nail in the groove where the two halves of the plug meet, then press into the groove until the two sections separate. If you pull on the cord, you may damage the cable by dislodging the cable from the plug.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
