- Ensure that your Harman Kardon One app device is less than 10m/33ft from the speaker during the initial set-up.
- Ensure it is plugged into power and the power LED is illuminated.
- Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, reconnect the power cord and allow the speaker to power up.
- Temporarily relocate either the speaker or router so that they are closer together. If the connection succeeds, the original location may be too far from the router to maintain a stable connection.
- Try using a different device with the Harman Kardon ONE app installed and connected to your home network.

One explanation can be that your OMNI 50+ is part of a 5.1 system with your Omni Bar, which will make the surround OMNI 50+ left and right rear speakers act as "secondary", and Bluetooth connection is not possible to secondary speakers. To use the OMNI 50+ as a portable speaker again, simply perform a reset of the speaker by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds. Please note that after resetting your OMNI 50+, it is no longer part of the 5.1 wireless system. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

If this does not help try a different comms cable, this is a straight through 4 conductor cable with a 4 pin connector on each end. If replacing this cable does not help contact one of our authorized service centers for repair assistance – their contact information is under the SUPPORT tab on the Mark Levinson website. Was this helpful? Finally, try to increase or decrease the microphone gain level if the sound is distorted. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -

No, since the speaker does not store any information locally. To remove all settings from your stolen device, simply unlink the speaker from your account, and the next time the speaker goes online it will not connect to your account. However, if you have used the command ""Remember this"" feature, please beware of sensitive information, as the speaker will inform you of whatever you have asked it to remember. But after unlinking the speaker, it will forget. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

There will be times that the LEFT ear will disconnect from the RIGHT or (primary) earbud. To get the Left ear to reconnect, make sure that the RIGHT earbud is on and emitting sound. Take the LEFT ear out of the charging case and put in ear. Press and hold down the power button on the LEFT ear bud for 5-8 seconds. You should hear the power on chime and then both ear buds should emit sound now.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

We are sorry about this problem. EuP regulations require that electronics go into full off after some time. Unfortunately, this means that the soundbar cannot be woken up again after half an hour. It is necessary to use the ON/OFF switch. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Sounds like your JBL LINK 10 or LINK 20 has been connected to another Wi-Fi network. It is very simple to reconnect to your Wi-Fi by using the Google Home app. Simply select your Wi-Fi in the app, and you're all set. With some phones, such as iPhones and some Android models, volume is synchronized while Bluetooth is used, and levels below volume setting 6 (tested with iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s) and volume setting 5 on most Android devices will cause the GO to enter standby after some minutes. If you want to play softer while still using your iPhone as a source, please change to cabled connection from the headphone output to the AUX input of GO. This will make it possible for you to set the GO's volume at its minimum step, and then control total level on the telephone. Of course, if source level from the telephone is set extremely low, the GO will go into standby again, because GO needs a certain level to keep playing. Alternatively, use a phone which does not synchronize volume as source. Many Android phones do not synchronize volume, so by using such a phone, you can adjust GO to its lowest level, adjusting total level independently, even via Bluetooth. This will usually result in music volume at the desired level. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The Go+Play Wireless must be in Standby to be able to switch On when receiving a signal. This function uses a small amount of power, and cannot be switched off. Remove batteries when not in use for more than 2 weeks to prevent power draining. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Fortunately the Go+Play in all versions is made with this problem in mind. One of the feet is adjustable. Look at the four feet. One is different from the others. You can insert a 3mm hex key into the center hole in it, then loosen the foot insert and unscrew it until the unit is steady. The adjustable insert may stick a little, so exert a steady, firm pressure to get it loose if this is the case. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Try below steps. Attach the charger so the device is charging. While charging: First try to hold the "Volume +" and "Phone" buttons at the same time for more than 3 seconds (this resets the Flip 3 to factory settings). If this does not help, press and hold the "Volume +" and "Link" buttons for more then 10 seconds (this will exit demo mode). As a last step, short press on the "Volume -" & "Volume +" & "Phone" buttons. If the device will still not turn on, it has a defect. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
