No, return shipping is on us. You can send your InfinityLab order back within 30 days for a full refund.

We will even refund you the 5 euro shipping fee that we charge for delivery of InfinityLab orders with an order value of less than 25 euro, if however you return your full InfinityLab order.

To initiate a return request, go to "Return Products" under "Order Support" in the menu bar.

For InfinityLab orders with a value of more than 25 euros, no shipping charges apply. Even returns are free. It's all on us.

For InfinityLab orders with a value of less than 25 euro, a 5 euro shipping charge applies. If however you return your full InfinityLab order for a refund within 30 days of purchase, we will refund you the 5 euro shipping charge.
