If you are experiencing issues with the speakers turning off automatically while in use, try the following to resolve the issue (PC only):
- Enter 'Device Manger' in the Windows search bar (the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of the taskbar in Windows 10), it should now appear in the search results under Control Panel.
- In the Device Manger list, navigate to your Universal Serial Bus Controllers, then select the 'USB Root Hub' device, right click it and select Properties.
- In the 'USB Root Hub' Properties select 'Power Management' from the options at the top, now turn off the setting 'Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power'.

Please avoid the use of USB splitters and extenders built into screens etc. Dropouts in sound and lack of signal from the microphone in headsets may be the result. If possible, always connect directly to the computer, or use a single extension cord. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
