It would depend where you buy it from. If you bought it in Germany, it will speak German from the start and if you bought it from USA or UK it will speak English. If you own one of these speaker systems, and you know that it already supports Spotify Connect, the update firmware is already installed, and you can ignore this message. If your speaker system does not already support Spotify Connect, the update is available for you, but you cannot perform it yourself, it must go to a service center to be updated.
