AmbientAware Technology allows you to hear your surroundings without removing your UA React headphones. To activate AmbientAware mode, double press the Bionic Hearing button on the controller. You will hear a tone, and your music level will lower when AmbientAware Technology is engaged. To revert back to normal volume, simply double press the Bionic Hearing button again.

The UA React headphones do not support AptX™ and AptX HD™ audio codecs.

To receive a call, press the power/pairing button on the controller for 1 second.

As the headphones are charging, you will see a red solid light indicator on the controller. Once the unit is fully charged, the red light will turn off.

The UA React headphones comes with 3 different ear tips and enhancers to ensure the best fit!

Locate the power button on the controller. Hold the power button up for 2-3 seconds and release. Once turned on, it will display a solid blue light. If this is your first time powering on the device it should automatically go into pairing mode, and will display a fast blinking blue and red light. Make sure the device you are attempting to connect to is in search mode. The headphones should pop up on your list of discoverable devices within 3-5 seconds, and connect. Once connected, you will see a solid blue light above the power button.

TalkThru Technology allows you to clearly hear others for quick conversations without removing your UA React headphones. To activate TalkThru mode, press the Bionic Hearing button on the controller once. You will hear a tone, and your music level will lower when TalkThru Technology is engaged. To revert back to normal volume, simply press the Bionic Hearing button again.

You will be able to control the volume by pressing the volume + and volume- buttons located on the controller.

Yes. The UA React features an IPX7 rating which offers full protection from sweat and water. They can be fully submerged for up to 30 minutes.

The headphones feature a Speed Charge battery which allows you to receive a full hour of playback time after only charging the headphones for 5 minutes. To receive the full 12 hours of audio playback, it typically takes 1.5 hours of charging time.

Press and hold the circle power button for 3-5 seconds. This will be located on the LEFT arm of the neckband. We recommend having one or both ear tips in your ear to listen to the audio commands. Continue to press and hold until you hear the audible voice stating, “powering on.” If this is your first time powering on the headphones it will automatically go into pairing mode in which you will hear the audio voice prompt stating “looking for device”. Make sure that the device you are attempting to connect to is in the Bluetooth search mode and within range. UA | JBL Flex should appear on your device within 3-8 seconds. Once you choose this option on your discoverable devices, it will connect and the voice prompt will state “Connected. “ To power off the headphones, press and hold the circle power button for 2-3 seconds or until you hear the audible voice state, “Powering Off”

To skip the track forward, press and hold the volume up button. (+) If you want to skip backward, press and hold the volume down (-) The volume buttons are located on the RIGHT arm of the neckband.

The device is charged by a standard micro USB charger. To charge the unit, gently pull out the rubber cover just below the light indicator on the left side of the inline mic. You will see the the charging cable end.

To receive a call, press the center button located in between the volume- and volume+ button for 1 second.

To use the headphones, they cannot be charging. You should receive 16 hours of battery life. The UA Train also features the quick charge battery which allows you to receive 1 hour of battery life after charging for 5 min.

Yes, The UA Train ear cushions can be removed and washed. To remove the ear cushions, peel cushion away from ear cup center. Hand wash the ear cushions only with liquid soap for 5 minutes. Swish in soapy water, then swish through clean water until there are no more soap suds. Wait for ear cushions to fully dry, and gently stretch the cushion, inserting the cushion ring into the ear cup slot, and working your way around. Rotate until the L or R indicator is in the correct position.

Talk Thru technology allows you to clearly hear others for quick conversations without removing your UA Train headphones. To activate TalkThru mode, press the UA logo on the RIGHT ear for 1 second. You will hear your music level lower when TalkThru Technology is engaged. To revert back to normal volume, simply press the UA logo again. (Please note TalkThru does not function when using cable connection.)

Press and hold the power button for 3-5 seconds, it will power on/off the TRIP. Short press on the power button will lock and unlock top capacities touch buttons on the TRIP. Be sure to hold the button for 3-5 seconds to ensure you are powering on/off and not controlling the touch buttons.

Software updates for your speaker can be done using the JBL Portable app.
Download it from the Apple App store and Google Play store.
If there is an available update, look for the small red dot above the gear icon and follow the download instructions (see image below).
If you have an issue with your device it is always worth checking if there is a Software update available and performing the installation if there is.

The USB charging port allows you to charge external devices.

• When playing music on the Go + Play 3, the USB Charge out is 5V / 0.5A

• When no music is playing on the Go + Play 3, the USB Charge out is 5V / 2.1A

Please avoid the use of USB splitters and extenders built into screens etc. Dropouts in sound and lack of signal from the microphone in headsets may be the result. If possible, always connect directly to the computer, or use a single extension cord.

USB music playback is available on the US version only. In all other regional versions, the USB-C port is used for charging external devices and by service centers only.

For the US version, USB-C flash drive compatibility/requirements are as follows:

- Type C USB 2.0 version

- Storage size 64 GB or lower

- Supports only FAT32 format

- Supporting file format: MP3

- Supports storage of MP3 files in root directory folder only

USB music playback is available on the US version only. In all other regional versions, the USB-C port is used for charging external devices only (or service).

For the US version, when using USB music playback:

• Bluetooth will be disconnected and Aux-in will be disabled

• To play music through Bluetooth again, unplug the USB flash drive, then pair the speaker through Bluetooth with your device

• While a USB flash drive is plugged in and the speaker is powered off and powered on again, the speaker will default back to Bluetooth mode and the USB music playback will be disabled

With this product, you can easily set up both Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Just follow the simple set-up process in the JBL One app, using your Amazon and Google accounts. This will give you the convenience of having both voice assistants available to you at the same time. The LED on the front of the speaker will light up blue when Alexa responds and white when Google Assistant responds.

It is possible to connect a wireless Citation Sub or Sub S to the Citation Amp.

The TV input is a single audio input with different options for connectors. If an HDMI cable is connected, then it will always be prioritized. Optical and coaxial digital will be prioritized by first signal present (Be aware, that some optical outputs will register as signal always) It is not possible to change between the digital inputs for TV source via the remote control.

The InfinityLAB charger is not designed for wet environment.
It is not waterproof, if it gets wet, there's a chance for short-circuit, which can cause damage to other electronics that you plug into them.
Ensure that you keep your charger always dry.

Normally, batteries under 100Wh (Watt-hour) can be carried on the plane during flights.
InfinityLab 5.000 power bank is 18.65Wh (Watt-hour), and the 10.000 power bank is 38.5Wh (Watt-hour), which should be allowed as a carry-on item.

We advise you to consult the flight company if you are in doubt before using it as a carry-on item.
 

The InfinityLab power bank will have lower charging efficiency under cold or freezing environments (below 5 degrees Celcius). Therefore, you will feel it’s charging slowly.

However, when you return to normal temperature (below 35 degrees Celsius), the InfinityLab power bank’s charging efficiency will be back to normal.

This receiver has a feature called "A/V Sync Delay" that allows you to manually set dissimilar video and audio synchronization that may occur with certain types of Plasma and HDTV's. The instruction for this setting can be found in your owner's manual in the section "Delay Adjustments" or "Delay Settings".

No, you should only use the InfinityLAB US, UK and EU swappable plugs included in the packaging box.

Yes, you can charge your devices with common USB-A and USB-C cables.

Unfortunately, our JBL Quantum DUO speakers are not supported by our QuantumENGINE PC software.
All configuration is done on the speakers itself, and there is no need or required software to change the RGB lights.

The Citation Amp can work with 4 ohm speakers and is rated at 200-watts per channel. Do not connect speakers less than 4 ohm!

JBL is committed to providing the most optimal consumer experience through superior immersive audio. Our Quantum 800/600 headsets are designed to be connected via 2.4Ghz, BT ( 800 only ) or 3.5mm jack. USB-C port is only designed for charging the internal 14hr battery and does not provide an audio connection. This is an intentional design decision.
 

You can use a 3.5 mini-jack cable to connect the Citation Amp (TRIGGER OUT 12V) with your subwoofer or other equipment to have them power on when the Citation Amp wakes from standby. When the Citation Amp is ON, there will be output 12V DC signal, and when the Citation Amp is OFF  mode, there is no output (0V DC).

The USB port is only for charging the JBL Quantum 350 Wireless.

To use your source device’s voice assistant (Smartphone, tablet, etc.), HOLD the No 5909 multi-function button (right ear-cup).
 

If you are having trouble pairing your headphones or if your device is asking for a PIN, please make sure to check all available BT connections in your device's settings. Verify that you are connecting to the headphone's product name that excludes 'LE'. The 'LE' connection is only intended for voice assistant feature compatible with your headphones. If the voice assistant feature has not yet been configured, this would explain why the 'LE' connection appears as an available connection, but cannot be used for Bluetooth audio.

To activate the voice assistance, press and hold the center button on the RIGHT ear for 2 seconds until you hear your music stop. You will be able to speak to VA through your headphones and it should comply with your command.
 

• Voice commands only work when receiving a call. • Excessive background noise such as wind or music, could be impacting unit’s effectiveness. Close windows and or reduce the volume of your music and try again.

Even though the Google Assistant is not built-in, Harman Kardon Radiance 2400 is compatible with a voice-assistant speaker, like the Harman Kardon Citation Series.

In every microphone there are polar patterns that describes the microphone directionality. Different polar patterns describe how well the microphone module picks up sound waves coming from different directions.

HDCP (High Definition Copy Protection) 2.2 will become mandatory for 4K/UHD content only. First source should be the 4K BD player announced at IFA for spring 2016 from Samsung. In case of HDCP 2.2, the whole chain needs to be compatible to work from source to AVR to TV. If one of the devices in the chain is not HDCP 2.2-compliant, the player will downscale the content to 1080p. No black screen. This is the theory, anyway. HDCP 2.2 is copy-protection, so it does not decode the signal, but is concerned with preserving the content from being copied and distributed on the internet. The problem of HDCP 2.2 is that it is hardware-based, and not software-based, so there is nothing we can do on our existing models, like any other AVR manufacturer or TV. Please note that self-produced 4K material is no problem, since self-produced material has no digital HDCP copy protection. Only streamed material and UHD-Blu-ray will not work, since the HDCP protection will stop the signal in the receiver.
