If you are not using the microphone, make sure that any communication software such as Zoom, Skype, Discord, etc. are closed and that your microphone is muted. After setting up one or both voice assistants on your JBL Authentics speaker, you must make sure that you have connected your supported music service account to your Amazon and/or Google account in the Alexa and Google Home apps.
For Alexa, if you then set one of the music services as default in the Alexa app settings, you can play music from this service just by asking Alexa to play music.

Press the Bluetooth source button on your BDS remote. In the right top corner of your TV screen, there should be a button called "Pair". Jump to the "Pair button" to perform pairing by using the arrow keys on your remote control. Click OK while being on the pair button. Once pressed, a pop-up screen will appear, this indicates pairing mode is active for 3 minutes. Go to Bluetooth settings on your mobile device, find the BDS in the list and connect. To get the full potential of the HDMI content/source you have in your home, then you need to enable HDMI UHD deep color option on your TV for the HDMI output port (ARC).

You can delete specific voice recordings associated with your account by going to History in Settings in the Alexa App, drilling down for a specific entry, and then tapping the delete button. Or, you can delete all voice recordings associated with your account for your Harman Kardon Allure speaker, by selecting the applicable product at the Manage Your Content and Devices page at www.amazon.com/mycd. and deleting voice recordings. Place the USB wireless dongle in the USB-C connector of your device and place the earbuds in your ears. The earbuds will automatically connect to your USB wireless dongle. If the earbuds don't pair automatically you can manually pair them again by connecting the JBL Quantum TWS to a mobile device via Bluetooth and open the JBL Headphones app. Turn on the "Dongle Pairing" mode and then press the pairing button on the USB wireless dongle. (Note: USB wireless dongle needs to be connected to an activated device). These two products are identical. The only difference between them is...
HORIZON 2: out-of-the-box is set to HOTEL OFF
HORIZON 2 HOTEL: out-of-the-box is set to HOTEL ON
On either unit, to toggle HOTEL mode ON or OFF, press and hold Alarm 1 and Preset 1. The LCD indicator will show the HOTEL status, ON or OFF.
The unit will retain this setting, even when unplugged. The only way to change the mode is to press and hold the two buttons again. Or course, a Factory Reset will also restore to the original out-of-the-box setting.
When HOTEL mode is ON, these are the following changes that occur.
- Alarm can only be set for a single day.
- Alarm will ONLY work as a buzzer.
- A Room Number can be set.
- A Max Alarm Volume can be set.
- Bluetooth cannot auto-reconnect.

To turn off the Horizon 2, Press the 'DAB/FM' button until no radio is playing.
This works in the order (from standby/off): DAB / FM / Off.
In Bluetooth mode, if the phone or tablet is disconnected, or nothing is played for 10 minutes, the Horizon 2 will go into standby mode automatically (not changeable).Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -

Make sure your headset is configured correctly in your Windows settings. The setting should normally be JBL Quantum *Game* to experience QuantumSURROUND.

If you are experiencing issues getting the app to communicate with your headphones, (assuming you have already paired the headphones with the device) go into the communication apps audio settings. You will likely find the resolution there. You may have to set your headphones as the ‘communication device’ within the app you are using.

- HDCP 2.2 compliance (Means it supports 4K Blue-Ray Movies or streaming clients with 4K encryption)
- CEC features (Scroll to see support)
HDMI Input
Enchant features only 1 x HDMI input, and Enchant has 3 x HDMI inputs and support this:- HDMI 2.0b.
- HDCP 2.2 for all HDMI input connections (Means it supports 4K Blue-Ray Movies or streaming clients with 4K encryption)
- 4K Pass-through.
CEC Support
CEC support only available through your HDMI connection and we are always using standard protocol for our products.
We support these:- System Standby: When you press the "Power off" button on your TV remote, the Enchant soundbar will go into Standby mode as well.
- ARC or called Audio Return Channel: If you would have a TV BOX connected directly to your TV and using ARC from TV to Enchant soundbar, then all sound will be transferred through ARC connection.
- In case you are not using the HDMI ARC connection then sound coming from the TV show will not be transferred to the Enchant soundbar.
- System Audio Control: Using your TV remote to turn up or lower the volume will be synchronized with the Enchant soundbar.

For JBL Quantum 100/200/300 models, they do not offer Game-Chat audio dial function.
To get the Game-Chat dial feature, you need JBL Quantum 400, and up, then you can adjust game-chat balance by rotating the dial-up and down.
For models that support Game-Chat dial, when you rotate the dial, you will feel a notch that indicates 50% game and 50% chat. Or you can see the status on the top bar of the JBL QuantumENGINE.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -
The Bass, Treble and Echo buttons/dials on the control panel on top of the Partybox only applies these effects to the Microphone for Karaoke use.
These effects are not applied to other sources or inputs such as Bluetooth, Aux or USB, the Equalizer must be used in the JBL Partybox app for this (on supported models).
Also, if more bass is desired, there is a Bass Boost button on the top control panel (with 2 levels of Bass Boost: Off, Level 1 & Level 2, switched through pressing the button multiple times).
