    The JBL Quantum 100 is not equipped with JBL QuantumSURROUND. You can consider to purchase the JBL Quantum 300, which comes with a USB dongle and access to JBL QuantumENGINE. 
  • Does this headphone feature volume control?
    Yes, this headphone features a three button microphone that features volume control, track control, and can receive phone calls.
  • Does this headphone feature the automatic shut off?
    No, the Reflect Mini BT does not feature the automatic shut off.
  • Does this feature a microphone?
    Yes, this headphone features a one button microphone that gives you the ability to pause/play, skip tracks, and answer/hang up phone calls.
  • Does the Y50BT have volume control?
    Yes, the Y50BT volume controls are located on the bottom of the right ear cup. You also have the power/pause/play and track controls located on the bottom right ear cup of the headphones.
  • Does the Xtreme has the same sound with and without AC power connected?
    If you are playing on battery only, you may experience slightly lower bass level and dynamics near maximum volume. If you are AC connected and playing via your Xtreme speaker, you will hear an increase in bass performance. The reason that bass performance is lowered when playing on battery is to reduce power consumption for you to have longer playing time from your Xtreme speaker.
  • Does the Wi-Fi indicator on the front of JBL Playlist, has to be at full signal to work?
    If the Wi-Fi indicator has all 3 LED lights on, then the signal to the speaker is extremely good, and if only 2 LED light up, then the signal will be good. If you only have 1 LED light or No LED light we suggest moving the speaker to a different location for a better Wi-Fi signal and better audio experience.
  • Does the US Train feature an audio cable?
    Yes. The UA Train features a detachable audio cable with a one button remote. (Please note: you cannot use bluetooth or TalkThru when using the cable connection.)
  • Does the UA Sport Wireless Flex feature volume control?
    Yes. You have the ability to control the volume which is located on the RIGHT arm of the neckband.
  • Does the Tune600BTNC feature an audio cable?
    Yes. The 600BTNC features an audio cable that you can use if you do not wish to use the headphones via wirelessly.

    No. Because it features a one button universal microphone, it does not give you the ability to control the volume.

    How does the brain tell where a sound is coming from? The slight difference in the arrival time of a sound between two ears helps you understand the angle of the sound source from the head. Everyone hears a little differently based on their individual anatomy. This is why it’s important for the QuantumENGINE to know your height and head size—it adjusts to provide the most precise experience possible.
  • Does the SB20 soundbar have on-screen display (OSD) to check volume etc?
    No, the HDMI connection is used for audio return channel only, there is no on-screen display function to show settings on the TV screen.
  • Does the Reflect Fit feature volume control?
    Yes, the volume control buttons are located on the LEFT arm of the neckband.
  • Does the Quantum headphone support the Mic monitoring feature?
    Yes. You can configure the volume of the mic monitoring in JBL QuantumENGINE. And the default setting of the mic monitoring is set of “OFF”.
  • Does the OMNI BAR+ support remote control learning?
    Yes, press and hold the Surround button on the OMNI BAR+ until it starts to blink amber. You are now in pairing mode. Press Volume+ on your OMNI BAR+, then press Volume+ on your remote control. The surround button will quickly flash white, to indicate it has learned Volume+. Repeat for Volume-, and Mute, and then hold down the Surround button to exit remote control learning.
  • Does the OMNI BAR+ support 4K movies?
    No, since the OMNI BAR+ does not have any HDMI input connections, it is only your source, connected to the TV, (and of course your TV) that need to be 4K compatible.
  • Does the No. 519 play SACDs discs?
    The No. 519 does not play SACDs discs.
  • Does the new No. 526 represent a substantial reworking of the circuitry of the No. 326S, or is it more like a No. 326S with DAC?

    No. The ear cups and headband are made from an animal-free synthetic protein leather.

    Yes, the N20LT features a 3 button microphone that allows you to answer calls, pause/play, skip tracks and control the volume on your IOS device.
  • Does the microphone feature volume and track control on the Tune 205BT?
    Yes, the microphone allows you to skip tracks and control volume. To skip tracks forward, press and hold the volume + for 3 seconds. To skip tracks backward, press and hold the volume - for 3 seconds.
  • Does the JR 300 have a microphone?
    No. The JR 300 is a standard plug and play headphone with no microphone or track features.
  • Does the JBL QuantumONE calibration mic calibrate both ears?
    Yes, the calibration is done for both left and right ears
  • Does the JBL QuantumENGINE software have minimum system requirements?
    The JBL QuantumENGINE supports Windows 10 release 1909 and above and Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
  • Does the JBL LINK 10, 20, 300 or 500 record all my conversations?
    No, the JBL LINK speaker does not store any conversations, it listens only for a few seconds and then deletes the file. Only when using "OK, Google" or "Hey, Google" will it start recording your question so Google Assistant to fulfill your request. You can always delete all your recordings via "My activity" settings under your Google Account.
  • Does the JBL LINK 10, 20, 300 or 500 have Spotify Connect?
    No, but you can use Chromecast to stream Spotify to any JBL LINK speaker. Google has the option of using your free Spotify account with our JBL LINK speaker.
  • Does the JBL Free have volume control?
    No. The JBL Free does not feature volume control. It features pause/play and track control.
  • Does the JBL EON ONE and JBL EON 208P have a battery built in, or do they both need to be connected to mains power?
    Both of these JBL PRO speaker models need mains power. There is no battery inside.
  • Does the JBL Duet BT feature an audio cable?
    Yes, the JBL Duet features an audio cable that you can plug into if you choose not to use the bluetooth. The audio cable features a one button microphone that allows you to pause/play and skip tracks. You also have the capability to answer and hang up phone calls.
  • Does the JBL Boombox play at louder volume than the Xtreme?
    Yes, the Boombox plays at 3,5dB higher volume than the JBL Xtreme. This results in a 150% volume increase, compared to the JBL Xtreme

  • Does the Harman Kardon Allure support text messaging?
    No, this feature is not supported in our Harman Kardon Allure speaker. This might change with future updates. You can write text messages to your Amazon friends via the Alexa app.
  • Does the Harman Kardon Allure/portable work in any country?
    Harman Kardon Allure/portable will only work in selected countries such as United States, Germany, United Kingdom and soon France. To use the Allure on your network requires two different apps. 1. HK Alexa setup - To connect it to your Wi-Fi network (Only available in the countries above) 2. Amazon Alexa app - To control Alexa and add streaming services to your Allure speaker. However, in some countries, French, German or English is spoken, but you still cannot use the Allure, because the Amazon Alexa app cannot be downloaded. This is a decision made by Amazon. The Alexa app is only available in some countries, and this is not only dependent on language. Therefore, if you plan on buying an Allure speaker, and have it shipped to a country outside the selected regions, you will not be able to use it on Wi-Fi, and Alexa voice commands will not work. Only Amazon knows if and when they will extend the app availability to more countries.
  • Does the Harman/Kardon SB20 have any input sources?
    The Harman/Kardon SB20 is an easy connectable soundbar for your TV. It only has outputs for TV connection, and we advise to connect all other HDMI sources to your TV instead.
  • Does the Flip 4 fit into the Flip 3 carrying case?
    No, the Flip 3 carrying case is too small. At the moment, no carrying case is available for Flip 4. We suggest that you check out manufacturers that specialize in this kind of accessory.
  • Does the Flip 3 SE support JBL Connect / JBL Connect+?
    No, the Flip 3 Stealth Edition does not support JBL Connect or Connect+. The Stealth edition can not be paired with other JBL devices.
  • Does the Everest 110 feature volume control?
    Yes, the Everest 110 features volume control that is compatible with most smart devices. The volume control is located on the inline microphone.
  • Does the E55BT Quincy Edition headphone comes with a carrying case?
    Yes, the E55BT Quincy Edition headphones feature a carrying case.

    Unfortunately, the E15 features the one button microphone that does not feature volume control. You have track control, pause/play and phone capabilities.
  • Does the Citation speaker record all my conversations?
    No, the Citation speaker does not store any conversations, it listens only for a few seconds and then deletes the file. Only when using "OK, Google" or "Hey, Google" will it start recording your question in order for Google Assistant to fulfill your request. You can always delete all your recordings via "My activity" settings under your Google Account.
  • Does the Citation MultiBeam 1100 have voice assistant?
    The product does not have a built-in voice assistant. However, the product works with other voice-enabled products supporting Google Voice Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
  • Does the Bluetooth cable for AKG N5005 support AAC and aptX?
    Yes, both the AAC and the aptX codecs are supported. aptX HD and aptX Low Latency are not supported. Please note that N5005 is an in-ear headphone capable of extremely high audio reproduction quality. Wireless transmission cannot deliver the quality that a first-class analog, cabled signal can. The best possible quality is available with the balanced 4-pole 2.5 mm jack, connected directly to a highest-quality headphone amplifier that supports this connection, fed by the highest quality source.
  • Does the Aura Studio 2 support social mode?
    Yes, The Harman Kardon Aura Studio supports Social mode. With this feature, you can connect up to 3 mobile devices simultaneously by Bluetooth. The last device to start playback will take over.
  • Does the Aura Studio 2 support Siri or Google Now?
    Yes, When connected by Bluetooth from an iOS or Android device, pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for more than 2 seconds on the Aura Studio 2, the Voice Command will open ( iOS > Siri, Android > Google Now )
  • Does the Aura Studio 2 support Harman Dual Sound?
    Yes, The Harman Kardon Aura Studio 2 supports Harman Dual Sound. With this feature, you can connect 2 Dual Sound enabled speakers with eachother.
  • Does the audio cable on the N60NC Wireless feature volume control?
    No. The audio cable features a one button microphone which allows you to pause/play, change tracks and answer/hang up phone calls. It does not give you the ability to control the volume.

    No the audio cable included with the Everest series headphones has a one-button remote control with microphone. It does not have volume buttons. It can perform pause/play, and gives you the ability to answer and hang up phone calls. However, you can control the volume when the headphones are connected to a source device with Bluetooth, using the buttons on the ear cup.
  • Does the audio cable on the Everest 310/710 feature volume control?
    No the audio cable included with the Everest series headphones is a one button microphone that features pause/play, track control and gives you the ability to answer and hang up phone calls. You are able to control the volume when the headphones are connected through bluetooth.
  • Does the App work with all of the Everest headphones?
    The app works with the Everest Elite models only.
  • Does the ADAPT output stereo to an external audio system?
    Yes, the ADAPT outputs stereo audio via the line-level, 3.5mm stereo mini-jack output.
