    No, the Flip 3 carrying case is too small. At the moment, no carrying case is available for Flip 4. We suggest that you check out manufacturers that specialize in this kind of accessory.
  • Does the Flip 3 SE support JBL Connect / JBL Connect+?
    No, the Flip 3 Stealth Edition does not support JBL Connect or Connect+. The Stealth edition can not be paired with other JBL devices.
  • Does the Everest 110 feature volume control?
    Yes, the Everest 110 features volume control that is compatible with most smart devices. The volume control is located on the inline microphone.
  • Does the E55BT Quincy Edition headphone comes with a carrying case?
    Yes, the E55BT Quincy Edition headphones feature a carrying case.
  • Does the E15 headphone feature volume control?
    Unfortunately, the E15 features the one button microphone that does not feature volume control. You have track control, pause/play and phone capabilities.
  • Does the Citation speaker record all my conversations?
    No, the Citation speaker does not store any conversations, it listens only for a few seconds and then deletes the file. Only when using "OK, Google" or "Hey, Google" will it start recording your question in order for Google Assistant to fulfill your request. You can always delete all your recordings via "My activity" settings under your Google Account.
  • Does the Citation MultiBeam 1100 have voice assistant?
    The product does not have a built-in voice assistant. However, the product works with other voice-enabled products supporting Google Voice Assistant or Amazon Alexa.
  • Does the Bluetooth cable for AKG N5005 support AAC and aptX?
    Yes, both the AAC and the aptX codecs are supported. aptX HD and aptX Low Latency are not supported. Please note that N5005 is an in-ear headphone capable of extremely high audio reproduction quality. Wireless transmission cannot deliver the quality that a first-class analog, cabled signal can. The best possible quality is available with the balanced 4-pole 2.5 mm jack, connected directly to a highest-quality headphone amplifier that supports this connection, fed by the highest quality source.
  • Does the Aura Studio 2 support social mode?
    Yes, The Harman Kardon Aura Studio supports Social mode. With this feature, you can connect up to 3 mobile devices simultaneously by Bluetooth. The last device to start playback will take over.
  • Does the Aura Studio 2 support Siri or Google Now?
    Yes, When connected by Bluetooth from an iOS or Android device, pressing and holding the Bluetooth button for more than 2 seconds on the Aura Studio 2, the Voice Command will open ( iOS > Siri, Android > Google Now )
  • Does the Aura Studio 2 support Harman Dual Sound?
    Yes, The Harman Kardon Aura Studio 2 supports Harman Dual Sound. With this feature, you can connect 2 Dual Sound enabled speakers with eachother.
  • Does the audio cable on the N60NC Wireless feature volume control?
    No. The audio cable features a one button microphone which allows you to pause/play, change tracks and answer/hang up phone calls. It does not give you the ability to control the volume.
  • Does the audio cable on the Everest 750NC feature volume control?
    No the audio cable included with the Everest series headphones has a one-button remote control with microphone. It does not have volume buttons. It can perform pause/play, and gives you the ability to answer and hang up phone calls. However, you can control the volume when the headphones are connected to a source device with Bluetooth, using the buttons on the ear cup.
  • Does the audio cable on the Everest 310/710 feature volume control?
    No the audio cable included with the Everest series headphones is a one button microphone that features pause/play, track control and gives you the ability to answer and hang up phone calls. You are able to control the volume when the headphones are connected through bluetooth.
  • Does the App work with all of the Everest headphones?
    The app works with the Everest Elite models only.
  • Does the ADAPT output stereo to an external audio system?
    Yes, the ADAPT outputs stereo audio via the line-level, 3.5mm stereo mini-jack output.
  • Does the 30-day returns policy apply to Personalised Products?
    Personalised Products are custom-printed to your individual specification and therefore cannot be returned or refunded.
     
  • Does splashproof mean, that I can place the speaker in my bathroom?
    Splash proof does not mean the speaker is suitable for bathroom placement, but it does provide protection against sudden exposure.
  • Does SB 250 Support AptX Codec?
    No, SBC Codec and AAC Codec are supported.
  • Does PureVoice work with music?
    PureVoice is designed to work with audio on the HDMI input. It is not active for Wi-Fi music or Bluetooth sources.
     
  • Does my Speaker have Speakerphone/Voice Assistant Functionality?
    This product does not feature speakerphone or voice assistant functionality as it does not have a microphone.
  • Does my speaker have an input selector, or are Bluetooth and AUX signals playing simultaneously?
    Bluetooth keeps on playing, even if you connect something and play to the AUX input. BT keeps on playing, since it has first priority. If you pause or stop BT play, any source playing to the AUX input will now be heard. If you resume play on the BT source, it will take over, and the AUX source is no longer heard, but will of course keep on playing, since there is no way to send a pause or stop signal to the AUX source via the line cable. All of this means that there is an input selector switch built into the device, controlled by the BT play function.
  • Does my JBL Quantum ONE headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the puck clockwise and anti clockwise. When rotating the puck, you will feel a notch in the puck that indicates 50 game and 50 chat.
  • Does my JBL Quantum 910 Wireless headset provide game and chat audio balance?
    Yes, you can adjust game and chat audio balance by rotating the dial clockwise and counter clockwise. When rotating the dial, you will feel a notch in the dial that indicates that the audio is at 50 in the game and 50 in the chat.
  • Does my Harman Kardon Allure speaker listen all the time?
    The Harman Kardon Allure speaker listens for the hotword "Alexa", and when our speaker detects it then it will open up a connection to the Amazon server and store your search history on your account. You can mute the mircrophone by tapping the Microphone button on the Allure speaker, this will stop the speaker from listening and will not react to Alexa until you unmute it.
  • Does my ESQUIRE2 requires any specific Bluetooth driver for my PC?
    ESQUIRE2 support A2DP Audio Codec, and normally that is enough for a Bluetooth driver to make it work with your PC. You will have to find a Bluetooth driver that supports A2DP Audio Codec.
  • Does my EQ have any impact on the JBL QuantumSURROUND/localization/positioning?
    In general, EQ shouldn’t affect localization — except in the case of the EQ being used very strongly.
  • Does my Control X wireless use Bluetooth connection between speakers?
    No, the connection between our Control XT wireless speakers are established through Wi-Fi connection, running on 2.4 GHz network. The only time you will use Bluetooth, is when you connect to the primary speaker and start streaming music.
  • Does JBL SoundShift work on any/all sources?
    Yes. When SoundShift is active, and your Bluetooth device is connected to your soundbar, you can easily listen to Bluetooth streaming and switch back to the previously selected source just by tapping the pause/play button on your Bluetooth device. When SoundShift is off, your Bluetooth paired device can not interrupt your current source.
  • Does JBL Soundgear have express charging?
    Yes, in two hours, you can charge it to approx. 6 hours of playing time.
  • Does JBL Quantum TWS and JBL Quantum TWS Air support the JBL Headphones app?
    Yes, the JBL Quantum TWS and JBL Quantum TWS air earbuds are compatible with the JBL Headphones app. It'll allow you to control EQ, ANC (only JBL Quantum TWS) and Smart Ambient feature, Smart Audio & Gaming etc. for better experiences with your headset just like other JBL lifestyle products.
  • Does JBL QuantumSURROUND work with every game?
    JBL QuantumSURROUND works with every game, but the experience is better when your game outputs in surround sound. If your game outputs only 2-channel audio, using JBL QuantumSURROUND will sound like a pair of studio monitors in front of you. You’ll be able to hear the reflections of the sound in the room, but as with any stereo setup, you won’t have any discrete sound sources behind you. With a full 7.1 mix, you’ll be able to hear and locate sounds behind and above you.
  • Does JBL Quantum ONE provide surround sound?
    The JBL Quantum ONE provides QuantumSURROUND via the USB connection on PC. You can download QuantumENGINE here: JBLQuantum.com
  • Does JBL Quantum ONE provide mic monitoring (side tone) feature?
    Yes. You can configure the volume of the mic monitoring in JBL QuantumENGINE. The default setting of the mic monitoring is "OFF”.
  • Does JBL QuantumENGINE support x86 CPUs?
    No, the JBL QuantumENGINE only supports x64 CPU Architectures.
  • Does JBL QuantumENGINE software require internet connection to function?
    The JBL QuantumENGINE can run without internet connection, but it needs connection to download and install the software or firmware upgrades.
  • Does JBL QuantumENGINE also support 32 bit Windows?
    No, the JBL QuantumENGINE only supports 64 bit Windows.
  • Does JBL Quantum 910 Wireless provide surround sound?
    The JBL Quantum 910 Wireless provides QuantumSURROUND via the USB connection on PC.

    There’s potentially more detail and spatial resolution in a 7.1 channel setup—and the more detail, the better the experience. However, JBL QuantumSURROUND will still work well with 5.1 output.

    Yes, EON 208P has a selector switch where you can turn phantom power on/off when needed for condenser microphones on CH1 and CH2.
  • Does it have phantom power for microphones?
    No, there is no phantom power in the microphone inputs.
    All power to active microphones must be supplied from an external source.
  • Does it have automatic standby?
    Yes, after approximately 10 minutes of no activity and no audio, the unit goes into sleep mode. It must be awakened with the ON/OFF Button. It is not possible to wake it up with a Bluetooth pairing signal. After 20 minutes of no activity and no audio, the unit will power off.
  • Does Harman Volume on SB20 have more than one level?
    Yes, there are three settings: high, low and off.
  • Does Harman Kardon Allure support phone calls using the Alexa app?
    No, this feature is not yet embedded into our Harman Kardon Allure speaker. Future updates might include this feature, therefore keep an eye on the release notes in our HK Alexa setup app.
  • Does Focus 500/700 feature volume control?
    Yes, the Focus 500/700 features a 3 button mic that features, pause/play, track and volume control.
  • Does Control Xstream have Spotify Connect?
    Yes, Control Xstream supports Spotify Connect, which can be used from the Spotify app if you have a premium account.
  • Does Boost TV Support AptX Codec?
    No, we only support SBC Codec and AAC Codec.
  • Does Adapt stream music to my speakers?
    The Adapt connects to an active speaker or amplifier via the 3.5mm Audio Out jack. It acts a receiving point for Wi-Fi audio streams, upgrading existing audio equipment to work in the Harman Kardon Wireless HD Audio System.
  • Does a Bluetooth signal wake up the Aura?
    Yes, no matter if Aura is in Sleep mode or Standby mode, an incoming Bluetooth signal will wake it up.
  • Display Timeout and Standby Times
    The display will timeout and switch off automatically after 30 seconds if no buttons are pressed to preserve battery life, but pressing any button will wake the display again. It is not possible to change or switch off the automatic display timeout.

    The speaker itself will turn off automatically after 15 minutes inactive, if no music is playing on any mode or button are pressed (not possible to change).

    The True Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology is a features which adjusts noise-cancelling levels in real-time, 50,000 times per second to account for environmental ambient noises and personal attributes such as movement, hair and eyeglasses to deliver best-in-class Noise Cancelling and immersive sound in any environment.  
    With the help of Feed Forward and Feed Backward microphones, the Adaptive Noise Cancelling technology fully monitors exterior sounds picking up low-frequencies and neutralizing them before they reach the ear. The headphones generate a sound that's phase-inverted by 180 degrees to the unwanted noise, resulting in the two sounds cancelling each other out. 
    In addition, all headphones allow the listener to adapt or adjust the level of ambient noise through features like Ambient Aware and TalkThru.

  • Differences between a traditional loudspeaker system and the Radiance speaker with CBT
    Harman Kardon Radiance 2400 uses patented Constant Beamwidth Technology (CBT) with 24 drivers to create an all-new listening experience. Typical loudspeakers have very narrow sound dispersion in the mid-range and high frequencies, making a very narrow sweet spot for one listener. On the other hand, CBT delivers room-filling sound dispersion and a resulting wide sweet spot, so everyone in the room has great listening experience. The use of CBT allowed us to reduce the cabinet size dramatically.   • Deezer shows an error message when I open it in the HK Controller app.
    If you encounter an "Internal error 300" error message when using Deezer from inside our HK Controller app, we advise you to log out of your account and log in again, still in the Controller app. The error message is a communication error between speaker and Deezer server. If you still encounter this after you have logged in again, please consult our helpdesk.

  • Connection issues using PartyBoost or Connect+

    If there are drop out or connection issues when using PartyBoost or Connect+, it could be one of three things.

    1.      Units are too far apart (move units closer together) 

    2.      Interference from other 2.4gHz wireless units in the area.

    3.     Unit is no longer working as designed

    Here are some steps to isolate the issue:

     Try taking the units out of the house and test it outside with no interference to see if you still experience connectivity issues. If you still experience connectivity issues, please try steps below:

    Whatever unit drops off, remove that from the chain. Test the rest of the speakers and keep doing it until you find the speaker that is causing the drop outs.  If all speakers begin to drop off, please try a different order and repeat. Repeat this process with each unit being the “main speaker”. 

     Make sure to turn off all WiFi/RF devices. (Router, laptop, baby monitor, Nest cams, IP cams, WiFi switches, WiFi outlets, WiFi lights, cordless phones, etc.) 

    You should be able to identify the issue/speaker by following these steps. 

  • Connecting to your Car
    It is very simple to connect to your Car with the JBL Partybox 200 or 300. Use the included cable that connects through the cigarette connector in your Car and power on the Partybox! Please note that the 12V connection does not charge the battery in the Partybox 300 - it will only power the Partybox when in use. To charge the battery, it will have to be plugged into AC power ( 110 - 230V )
  • Connecting the remote control
    If the remote control stopped working, please check if the batteries are drained. If so, replace them with new ones.

    The remote control may have failed to connect with the digital hub. On the touchscreen, tap “Options” > “Remote Control”, then follow the onscreen instructions to pair with the digital hub again.
