Make sure Wi-Fi is enabled on your iOS device and that it is currently connected to your wireless home network. NOTE: iOS version 5 or higher is required for iOS Wi-Fi sharing. 1: Select Configure Wi-Fi by iOS from the Setup Wi-Fi list. To connect the BDS system to a specific Wi-Fi network, you need to enter the Wi-Fi network name and password in the network settings. Confirm the SSID name. Yes, you can see all voice interactions with the Harman Kardon Allure by using the Alexa app and visiting History in Settings. Your interactions are grouped by question or request. Tap an entry to see more detail, provide feedback, or listen to audio sent to the Cloud for that entry by tapping the play icon. Yes it is possible to reset your speaker. The reset will remove all Bluetooth pairings and WiFi network settings. In power ON mode, press and hold the Power Button for at least 10 seconds, until the volume and input selector lights begin to flash. Your JBL Authentics L8 or L16, are now back to factory settings. If you want to change Bluetooth source, you may have to reset the Bluetooth system in the AURA. To do this, hold your finger on the input selector field (circle with arrow pointing in) on the side of your AURA for at least 3 seconds. It is possible to replace the ear pads, but there are details to consider. On Elite 700: The ear pads are held in place by a plastic plate with claws, and some of the claws will most likely break off when you remove the pad. You do this by grabbing under the edge where the fabric ends, then pulling hard outward. The claws will eventually let go, and some of them will break off, rattling inside the ear pod. The only way to get them out is to unscrew the speaker plate, lift it up, and shake out the broken-off claws. The new pads are simply centered over the speaker plate, and the claws pressed into the holes with a firm pressure. On Everest 700: The ear pads are glued into position with double-adhesive tape. Pull the old pads off with a forceful, steady pull, until the glue lets go. Yes, the smooth leather headband from the K601 can be fitted onto the K701, but since it is probably no longer available as a spare part, the only option is to butcher an old 601 to do it. The work involved is very intricate and complicated, and paying a technician to do it is not an economical solution. Owner must be capable of completely dismantling the headphones, including soldering, and to reassemble them. And Harman cannot offer any assistance in doing this. As of late 2017, a new version of K701 is being marketed by AKG Professional. Yes, you can listen to lossless audio from your speaker.
Make sure the software version installed is 1.9.0.1 or later for the Charge 6, which can be updated via the JBL Portable app.
You will then be able to enjoy lossless audio through a USB cable connection to your laptop or tablet.
Follow these steps to enable USB audio playback:
a. Enter USB Audio Playback mode
Make sure the speaker is turned on.
Press and hold the "Play" button on the speaker and connect a USB-C cable to the speaker, you'll hear a confirmation tone when USB Audio Playback mode is activated.
b. Revert to Bluetooth mode
The speaker will automatically switch back to Bluetooth mode when the USB cable is disconnected from the USB port.
c. Re-enter USB Audio Playback mode
To switch back to USB Audio Playback mode, reconnect the USB-C cable and repeat the steps.
A USB type A-C or type C-C shorter than 1,2m is recommended for optimal performance.
USB thumb drive playback is not supported.

Yes, the JBL Playlist can be reset to factory settings. First, Power ON the JBL Playlist. Secondly, press and hold the Play and Volume (-) buttons simultaneously for about 10 seconds, and after 10 seconds you should see the Play/Pause and Bluetooth button light up, followed by the speaker going into Standby. Currently in Record, you can not customize ranges for each heart rate zone but you can customize your Max heart rate, which affects your zone ranges. To pair and connect to a different device, press and hold the bluetooth button located on the bottom of the right ear cup until you hear the audible voice stating "looking for device." Make sure the the device you are trying to connect to are in search mode. The headphones should display on "Discoverable Devices" within 2-3 seconds.
