The ALLURE PORTABLE is not constantly looking for a wi-fi system. When you turn the unit on, it finds the wi-fi, connects, and begins working. When you move into another section with a different router, the ALLURE PORTABLE will no longer be connected. The first 105 files are registered right away. If you know that you have more files in the DLNA system, wait for close to a minute, while the BDS -75 / -77 registers the additional files. Our Control X Wireless speakers use Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz network to connect them. If there are any obstacles or people blocking the connection, it can cause interference. The Harman AVR App controls your receiver through your smartphone, which communicates via your wireless home network. Please make sure that your AVR is properly connected to your network router, with cable for the smaller models. If you have no wireless home network, you cannot use the app.Was this helpful? Typically when we are talking about projectors, they are normally installed in a place where the HDMI cable is too long, and the signal has a hard time reaching the AVR. It is also possible that the projector is not compatible with the AVR. To be sure it works with the AVR, please move projector closer and use a short HDMI cable. We recommend a cable that is 3 meters in length or less. If the projector works with the shorter cable, and you have no choice but to use a longer cable, you will need an HDMI repeater/amplifier/eq/booster (name varies depending on the manufacturer), to boost the signal so that it can make it all the way from the AVR to the projector.Was this helpful? When using the Boost TV as single device, it can have up to 3 Bluetooth connected devices attached. Once you are activating JBL Connect, it can only have one active Bluetooth source connected. To be able to use a different Bluetooth source, please turn off Bluetooth on your current connected device, and then press Bluetooth button on the Boost TV to enter pairing mode. Use the Google Voice Assistant button on your Citation Bar remote control when using these inputs. When you press this button, the current volume level will temporarily decrease and the Google Voice Assistant will begin listening for your command. DVD and Blu-ray Disc copy protection only allows analog video output up to 576p resolution when playing DVDs and Blu-ray Discs. During the design phase, it was decided to optimize BT reception, which is achieved by buffering digital signal streams. Since this takes a little bit of time, a slight delay will be the result. We have now optimized the software, so the lip-sync problem is no longer an issue. Video materials can now be watched with proper audio timing. Please check the product support page "downloads" tab for your headphone to check for the update files. If you experience delay, even after performing the update, please be aware that delays can occur for several reasons. For instance, the Bluetooth transmitter in a TV set can introduce delay. Also, some TV sets can cause timing changes if certain image processes are used. Try to disengage image processing, and check if lip-sync adjustment is available in your TV. With YouTube or other streaming services: In cases of lip-sync issues, it may also be a good idea to carry out a refresh of the source website. This is because a 4K TV will force the BDS into 4K resolution (upsampling), because this gives the best picture quality, being the highest resolution possible. However, there is no such thing as a 3D 4K movie. All 3D discs are full HD (1080p), but cannot be reproduced in 4K, because 4K resolution cannot be combined with 3D. The solution is to enter the setup menu of the BDS, selecting normal full HD resolution in the picture settings menu. Now 3D movies will be shown correctly on the 4K TV.Was this helpful?
