  • You might have to add a USB extension dock to get the JBL Quantum 350/600/800/810 dongle as close to the headset, or place the common sources of interference (e.g. routers, Wi-Fi speakers etc.) as far from the JBL Quantum 350/600/800/810 dongle.

  • • Always have clear line of sight between your Bluetooth device (speaker, headphones etc.) and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC etc). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices.

    • Try to shutdown other products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used.

    • Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection.

    • Be aware of walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as it cannot pass through such thick walls.

    • Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with wireless headphones to keep your source device and the receiver on the same side of your body.

    • Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.
  • In the Google Home app, go to device settings and set up your home address again. The home address is where the Oasis sets its time zone. If changes are made, it may be necessary to reboot the speaker. Remove and reinsert the power cable to ensure that the changes take effect.

  • With both detachable surround speakers undocked, you can select the surround sound level by pressing the REAR button on the remote control.
  • You can adjust the amount of audio coming from the upfiring speakers by pressing the "ATMOS" button on the Remote control and switch between middle (default), high or low.
  • Sometimes you need to change settings such as changing EQ to match the content you are watching or adjusting the bass level.
    1. Grab your Remote control.
    2. Press and hold the "HOME" button down, an overlay on the right side of the screen will appear.
    3. This is our quick settings menu.
    4. Go to Settings --> Sound --> Select EQ Mode
    5. Hit the back button Arrow icon a couple of times until you are back at what you are watching.
With the Quick settings menu, you don't have to stop and leave the app or content you are watching, its very simple, and easy to use!
  • The InfinityLAB charger has "smart power distribution" feature, it's smart enough to know how to allocate power, depending on which devices are plugged in.

Take 65W charger as an example:
If plug in only 1 USB-C device to this charger, the USB-C port can deliver max. 65W PD fast charging.
If plug in one USB-C device and one USB-A device simultaneously to this charger, the USB-A port can deliver max.15W fast charging, and the USB-C port can deliver max. 45W PD fast charging.

  • JBL Quantum 400 and ONE are compatible with USB C to A cable to enjoy PS4 console with RGB Lighting on, and Quantum 600 and 800 with wireless-enabled by USB dongle also gives lighting moment on PS4 console games.

*NOTE that RGB will not light up when connecting with 3.5mm cable to any device (PC, Console, Mobile, etc.) because the cable doesn't have power enough for the RBG lighting.

  • The speaker uses 4 x 15W when running on battery. You will hear a slight lower bass performance, compared to being connected to AC power.
