The LEFT enhancer will feature the square cut out that allows you to receive your Heart Rate reading. It is important that the small digital square on the ear bud is fully exposed and the enhancer cut out is placed around it and not over it. If the enhancer is not attached properly, you will hear the audible voice stating that it cannot receive an accurate reading on your heart rate and you will need to readjust the enhancer.

    The only way to stop that from happening is to change the Google settings on your phone to deactivate Google Voice Match, or deactivate Google Assistant entirely. 
     
  • To power on the device, place one of the headphones inside your ear and press and hold the center button on the inline mic. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on” and a blue blinking light should appear at the top of the inline mic. If this is your first time connecting to a device, it should immediately go into pairing mode. The device should recognize the UA WIRELESS headphone. Once you select that option, the audible voice should state, “connected”.

This confirms that SoundShift is working. 4. Simply press SoundShift button again, this will now turn OFF the SoundShift. Now you can watch TV without any interruption from Bluetooth devices.
  • Your headphones arrive in ANC OFF mode. To switch between modes, press the red ANC button on the left ear cup, this will cycle between OFF / ANC / AWARENESS. Via the app, you can select the default ANC of HIGH, ADAPTIVE or LOW and the default AWARENESS level of VOICEPASS or AMBIENT.
  • You can go to the Control Panel> Programs and features to uninstall JBL QuantumENGINE.
