In case one of the earbuds loses its connection, you can do a manual pairing process by following the instructions below.

You can manually pair your earbuds by placing both back into the charging case and closing the lid.
Open the lid again, take them out of the charging case, and tap 3 times on each earbud simultaneously until you see the purple LED flash.
You will see the earbuds enter into Bluetooth pairing mode, and the connection between the Left and Right earbud is successful.
