When attempting to update to latest version using a USB flash drive, I am getting the message “Not Available”, am I doing something wrong?.
First try using a different flash drive, we recommend the following:
ScanDisk
PNY
Kingston
Verbatim
If the problem persists try using an updated version of Winzip when downloading the zip file to the USB flash drive.
