Redeeming a voucher

You have received a discount voucher code during an interaction with our Customer Support team.

Here are the terms and conditions that apply and a few helpful things you’ll need to know.

Terms & Conditions

These vouchers codes are valid for 90 days from receiving the voucher code and they are valid for 1 purchase.

The voucher code is only valid on our Harman Audio website

The voucher code can be applied to a maximum of 2 products and will automatically be applied to the 2 products with the highest value.

The code will work on almost all products, with the notable exception of our Citation Range and any of our refurbished products on the Factory Recertified page.

Voucher codes can’t be used in conjunction with any other offer and if during checkout a free promotional product is added to your cart, this product will be removed when you apply a voucher code.

How to use your voucher

Now that you’ve chosen your desired Harman product(s), it’s time to complete your order. To apply your voucher code, follow these simple steps:

1. Add your desired product(s) to your cart
2. Highlight the “Bag” icon beside the search option and select “View shopping cart”
3. Add your “PROMO Code” on the right-hand side, underneath your TOTAL

Once added, you will see the discount will be applied immediately and should show in your cart.

Please be aware that voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and if during checkout a free promotional product was added to your cart, this will be removed when you apply a discount voucher code.
