JBL Sense Lite earbuds feature JBL OpenSound Technology with Air Conduction for detailed sound with punchy bass. The exclusive new ear hook, lightweight silicone design with memory wire provides all-day comfort while ensuring the perfect listening angle, for great sound and awareness of your surroundings. Plus, minimal sound leakage means you can turn them up anywhere and still maintain your privacy. A little sweat from your workout or even a light rain won't be a problem with the water- and dust-resistant IP54 rating. Your calls will sound crystal clear even on a windy day thanks to four outer beamforming mics and environmental noise reduction. Use the JBL Headphones app to customize your sound with the 10-band EQ, or change the intuitive touch controls on each earbud to handle your music and calls.

Make sure both headphones are fully charged to ensure that the issue is not due to one of the earbuds lacking power.
Check that the contact points on the headphones and the charging case are clear of dirt, so the issue is not due to the product not being able to charge.
The LED on the headphones will show a blue light when correctly inserted in the charging case.
Try to reset the headphones if the product is fully charged but are still only working in Mono mode.

To minimize e-waste, we consciously choose not to include a charging cable in our packaging.
You can use any standard USB-C cable to charge your JBL product as well as a power adapter compliant with the USB-C standard.
Past product already have standardized USB-C cables, which can be reused for new products.
