Place the USB wireless dongle in the USB-C connector of your device and place the earbuds in your ears. The earbuds will automatically connect to your USB wireless dongle. If the earbuds don't pair automatically you can manually pair them again by connecting the JBL Quantum TWS to a mobile device via Bluetooth and open the JBL Headphones app. Turn on the "Dongle Pairing" mode and then press the pairing button on the USB wireless dongle. (Note: USB wireless dongle needs to be connected to an activated device). You will get a message on your JBL Headphones app that the pairing is successful and then press "Understood".Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

When the earbuds are connected to the USB wireless dongle and Bluetooth connection at the same time, triple tab on the left earbud to switch between the two connections.
