Designed for movement, defined by you

Whether you’re into yoga, running or barre, JBL Reflect Mini NC true wireless sport earbuds are the perfect accessory for your athleisure lifestyle. Active Noise Cancelling lets you focus on your fitness goal with zero distractions, while Smart Ambient technology keeps you aware of your surroundings or lets you chat with a friend. Each in-ear connects immediately and independently, so you can take calls with either one and assign unique functions to left and right. With 21 hours of playtime, different reflective color choices and an IPX7 waterproof rating, they're the ultimate true wireless in-ear sport headphones.

Long battery life lets you play that much longer or push yourself that much harder without having to stop and take time out for recharging.
Block out what you don't want or hear more of what you do. Smart Ambient technology lets you run safely on the street or catch up with friends while crushing your workout.
Choose from three different ear fin stabilizers to find a perfect, stable, comfortable fit.
Superior sound for both inside and outside listening gives you the right kind of focus and motivation for any situation, whether you're in close quarters or the great outdoors.
Keep it simple. You're never more than a word away from Hey Google (*) or Amazon Alexa (**), that's there to make anything you want to do a breeze. (*) Only supported on Android. (**) Android 6.0 or higher is required for full access to Alexa features when using this device.
Don’t be afraid to push harder. Thanks to IP67 rating, JBL Reflect Mini NC are not only sweat/waterproof, but extremely durable, so they’ll withstand even the harder workout and weather conditions. You can even rinse them after use! And with a reflective JBL logo and a choice of cool colors, you can be stylish and visible at the same time.
It doesn't matter which headphone you take out of the case first. You can take calls, adjust volume, or use your voice assistant on either ear, so you can stay flexible and never mess with your momentum.
Your in-ear headphones are on it. Their left and right mics are picking you up in stereo for your phone calls. Remove them and they put your music on hold. You don't even need to think about it.

  • If the earbuds go into standby mode and turn off, you can still use them without putting them back into the charging case.
You can reactivate the headphones by pressing or touching the outside earbud itself.
Please note: They will be automatically powered off after 30 minutes of being in standby mode if they disconnect from Bluetooth. To reconnect, you will need to put the earbuds back in the charging case and take them off again.

It is possible to change the standby mode time with your headphones. To do this, go into the My JBL Headphones app and choose the S
tandby Time via Auto-off function. You can adjust the time to 15min, 1hr, etc., or you can choose “Never” if you want to keep the earbuds turn on at all times. Once you set the Auto-off, the earbuds will work according to the setting whether they connect to Bluetooth or disconnect.

  • First, ensure that you have the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa apps installed on your device, depending on the voice assistant you want to use. Go to your app store to download the intended voice assistant app, then add your headphones as a device in the app if necessary. Finally, enable the intended voice assistant in the settings of the My JBL Headphones app and assign which earbud you want to use to control it. The voice assistant app must be open for it to work correctly. It can be opened from within the My JBL Headphones app by tapping the name of the required voice assistant after you have selected it for use and assigned a gesture to one of your earbuds to control it.
  • Make sure both headphones are fully charged to ensure that the issue is not due to one of the earbuds lacking power.

Check that the contact points on the headphones and the charging case are clear of dirt, so the issue is not due to the product not being able to charge.

The LED on the headphones will show a blue light when correctly inserted in the charging case.

Try to reset the headphones if the product is fully charged but are still only working in Mono mode.

A reset guide for the headphones can be found here: Reset guide
