    The InfinityLab power bank will not damage your device.
    The InfinityLab power bank will deliver the power your device needs during charging, andd the InfinityLab power bank features auto protection against overheating and features overcurrent/overvoltage conditions. 
  • Information on different firmware versions on same products and models
    There can be differences in the internal hardware that also implies different firmwares. These products feature the same specifications and performance expectations. If the app does not inform you of any new updates, the firmware is current and the product is performing as designed.
  • Inspire 500 Headphones: Pairing Information
    To power on the device, place one of the headphones inside your ear and press and hold the center button on the inline mic. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on” and a blue blinking light should appear at the top of the inline mic. If this is your first time connecting to a device, it should immediately go into pairing mode. The device should recognize the Inspire/Focus 500 Wireless headphone. Once you select that option, the audible voice should state, “connected”. If you are trying to connect to a different device, turn the headphones on and press and hold for 3-5 seconds for the headphones to start searching for a different device. The headphones should appear on your discoverable devices within a few seconds. You should hear the audible voice stating, “powering on….looking for device” You will see the Bluetooth light alternate between red and blue when it is in pairing mode. Once connected the Bluetooth will change to a flashing LED light and the audible voice will state, “connected”.

  • In the owner's manual, the trigger input is described as "optional". But without a trigger cable, it seems impossible to switch the amplifier on and off. How come?
    The amplifier has a signal sensor on the high-level (speaker level) inputs, so it is not necessary to use a trigger cable when input is high-level, and connected to the high-level inputs. However, low-level input signals through the RCA-phone input sockets do not activate a signal sensor, so use of a trigger cable is MANDATORY for low-level input signal use.
  • In the speaker setup menu, I can select HKTS 60, but my speaker system is HKTS 65. What do I do?
    The HKTS 65 is a new version of the HKTS 60, with minor improvements. Please select HKTS 60 in the menu.

  • IP67 Information
    This product is rated IP67, which is different from IPX7. IP67 protects the product from submersion in 1 meter (3.3 feet) of water for up to 30 minutes. It is also resistant against dust. Dust accumulation around electronics can lead to hardware failure, so the IP67 rating is an extremely beneficial addition to this product. 
  • I received an email telling me that my Personalized order had been cancelled due to an image violation. Why did this happen?
    We use a sophisticated vetting process to ensure that your image does not contain copyrighted, protected, sexual, suggestive, offensive or inappropriate elements. This includes words and messages. If these algorithms are triggered, your order is automatically cancelled. Please try again with a different image or wording.
  • I received my InfinityLab power bank, but it could not be charged
    With different storage conditions and shipping durations, your power bank may go into deep sleep mode to protect the battery. If the power bank does not start charging your device when used for the first time, connect the power bank to a power source and charge it for 15-30 minutes, it should then work normally.   • Is an analog aux signal fed to the jack input available on the analog jack output?
    Yes, but only with power on the Adapt. When it senses a signal on the analog aux input, the input ring will light up green automatically, and the signal will become available from the line output, for transmission with cable to e.g. an amplifier. It is important to note that there will be a slight delay in the signal that comes out of the line output jack, even if it does not involve any wireless functions.
  • Is Bluetooth APT X streaming supported by the JBL Bar Studio, Bar 2.1, Bar 3.1, Bar 5.1 and Bar 9.1?
    The speaker uses Bluetooth version 4.2 but does NOT support APT X.
