Yes, the Harman Kardon SB20 features IR learning functionality. Please follow these steps: Step 1: Power on your Harman Kardon SB20. Step 2: Press and hold the SB20 surround button for 5 seconds. This will make the system enter IR learning mode. The power button will flash amber while in learning mode. Step 3: Now the SB20 can learn to respond to your TV remote control. These commands can be learned: To learn the SB 20 VOL+ command, press volume + on the SB 20 top panel, then press VOL+ on your TV remote control. The power button should blink amber, and the surround button will light up for 1 second. This will indicate that the process was successful. Repeat the procedure for volume-, mute and power on/off.
