    Yes, Soundgear supports aptX LL (Low Latency). (aptX is a way of packing more information into a compressed version of a signal).
  • Does the soundbar upscale my video to 4K resolution?
    The soundbar passes through content from a 4K video source but does not upscale video to 4K.
  • Does the size of my head or height impact the performance of JBL QuantumSURROUND?
    How does the brain tell where a sound is coming from? The slight difference in the arrival time of a sound between two ears helps you understand the angle of the sound source from the head. Everyone hears a little differently based on their individual anatomy. This is why it’s important for the QuantumENGINE to know your height and head size—it adjusts to provide the most precise experience possible.
  • Does the SB20 soundbar have on-screen display (OSD) to check volume etc?
    No, the HDMI connection is used for audio return channel only, there is no on-screen display function to show settings on the TV screen.
  • Does the Reflect Fit feature volume control?
    Yes, the volume control buttons are located on the LEFT arm of the neckband.
  • Does the Quantum headphone support the Mic monitoring feature?
    Yes. You can configure the volume of the mic monitoring in JBL QuantumENGINE. And the default setting of the mic monitoring is set of “OFF”.
  • Does the OMNI BAR+ support remote control learning?
    Yes, press and hold the Surround button on the OMNI BAR+ until it starts to blink amber. You are now in pairing mode. Press Volume+ on your OMNI BAR+, then press Volume+ on your remote control. The surround button will quickly flash white, to indicate it has learned Volume+. Repeat for Volume-, and Mute, and then hold down the Surround button to exit remote control learning.
  • Does the OMNI BAR+ support 4K movies?
    No, since the OMNI BAR+ does not have any HDMI input connections, it is only your source, connected to the TV, (and of course your TV) that need to be 4K compatible.
  • Does the No. 519 play SACDs discs?
    The No. 519 does not play SACDs discs.

    The No. 526 is neither a substantial reworking of the circuitry of the No. 326S or a No. 326S with DAC; is is a completely new design, from the ground up.

    No. The ear cups and headband are made from an animal-free synthetic protein leather.
  • Does the N20LT feature volume control?
    Yes, the N20LT features a 3 button microphone that allows you to answer calls, pause/play, skip tracks and control the volume on your IOS device.
  • Does the microphone feature volume and track control on the Tune 205BT?
    Yes, the microphone allows you to skip tracks and control volume. To skip tracks forward, press and hold the volume + for 3 seconds. To skip tracks backward, press and hold the volume - for 3 seconds.
  • Does the JR 300 have a microphone?
    No. The JR 300 is a standard plug and play headphone with no microphone or track features.
  • Does the JBL QuantumENGINE software have minimum system requirements?
    The JBL QuantumENGINE supports Windows 10 release 1909 and above and Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
  • Does the JBL LINK 10, 20, 300 or 500 record all my conversations?
    No, the JBL LINK speaker does not store any conversations, it listens only for a few seconds and then deletes the file. Only when using "OK, Google" or "Hey, Google" will it start recording your question so Google Assistant to fulfill your request. You can always delete all your recordings via "My activity" settings under your Google Account.
  • Does the JBL LINK 10, 20, 300 or 500 have Spotify Connect?
    No, but you can use Chromecast to stream Spotify to any JBL LINK speaker. Google has the option of using your free Spotify account with our JBL LINK speaker.
  • Does the JBL Free have volume control?
    No. The JBL Free does not feature volume control. It features pause/play and track control.
  • Does the JBL EON ONE and JBL EON 208P have a battery built in, or do they both need to be connected to mains power?
    Both of these JBL PRO speaker models need mains power. There is no battery inside.
  • Does the JBL Duet BT feature an audio cable?
    Yes, the JBL Duet features an audio cable that you can plug into if you choose not to use the bluetooth. The audio cable features a one button microphone that allows you to pause/play and skip tracks. You also have the capability to answer and hang up phone calls.
  • Does the JBL Boombox play at louder volume than the Xtreme?
    Yes, the Boombox plays at 3,5dB higher volume than the JBL Xtreme. This results in a 150% volume increase, compared to the JBL Xtreme

    Yes. The Inspire 500/700 series features a three button microphone that enables you to control the volume.
  • Does the Harman Kardon Allure support text messaging?
    No, this feature is not supported in our Harman Kardon Allure speaker. This might change with future updates. You can write text messages to your Amazon friends via the Alexa app.
  • Does the Harman Kardon Allure/portable work in any country?
    Harman Kardon Allure/portable will only work in selected countries such as United States, Germany, United Kingdom and soon France. To use the Allure on your network requires two different apps. 1. HK Alexa setup - To connect it to your Wi-Fi network (Only available in the countries above) 2. Amazon Alexa app - To control Alexa and add streaming services to your Allure speaker. However, in some countries, French, German or English is spoken, but you still cannot use the Allure, because the Amazon Alexa app cannot be downloaded. This is a decision made by Amazon. The Alexa app is only available in some countries, and this is not only dependent on language. Therefore, if you plan on buying an Allure speaker, and have it shipped to a country outside the selected regions, you will not be able to use it on Wi-Fi, and Alexa voice commands will not work. Only Amazon knows if and when they will extend the app availability to more countries.
  • Does the Harman/Kardon SB20 have any input sources?
    The Harman/Kardon SB20 is an easy connectable soundbar for your TV. It only has outputs for TV connection, and we advise to connect all other HDMI sources to your TV instead.
  • Does the Flip 4 fit into the Flip 3 carrying case?
    No, the Flip 3 carrying case is too small. At the moment, no carrying case is available for Flip 4. We suggest that you check out manufacturers that specialize in this kind of accessory.
  • Does the Flip 3 SE support JBL Connect / JBL Connect+?
    No, the Flip 3 Stealth Edition does not support JBL Connect or Connect+. The Stealth edition can not be paired with other JBL devices.
