AirPlay uses a differnet network card inside the BDS. If it doesn't receive any IP adresses, it won't work. To check and see if your network card in BDS did receive an IP address, you can use an app called Net Analyzer for iOS and WiFi Analyzer for Android. Simply scan your network with one of them, and you should be able to see your BDS IP address, usually the IP after your main IP for BDS, should be AirPlay network details. The system will support keyboards, mice, printers etc. via Bluetooth, but not audio. It is necessary to download the proper drivers, either from the computer manufacturer, the software manufacturer or the manufacturer of the Bluetooth chip in the computer. Help to do this must be sought with the companies that supply one or more of these computer features. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
