Please keep the app running during a firmware upgrade. This is because the app is using BLE to transfer firmware to the JBL DRG. If you exit or kill the app, this will cause the BLE connection to be broken and the upgrade will not complete.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Make sure you disable AP/Client isolation on your Access Point / Extender and that Multicast forwarding is not disabled between the W-Fi networks. However, we cannot guarantee than streaming will work flawless as Extender networks are tricky and can cause many issues. Always use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network extender for best results.Was this helpful? It is offering low-latency wireless connectivity via a 2.4Ghz signal that is enabled by a USB dongle included in the box. Turn on the slider, then it automatically connect to the dongle. If you loss the connectivity with the dongle, power on with the slider and hold on for 5 seconds and press and hold the dongle to make sure the pairing until listening to the tone. Was this helpful? Before you start
- Remove any interference that might be blocking the Soundbar side-firing speakers.
- Any ambient noise or sounds that could disrupt the calibration needs to be out of the room.
- In case you are moving the Enchant Soundbar you will need to calibrate the sound again.
- If something went wrong, you can always delete the calibration settings by resetting the system.
- Press and hold
button and
button down for 5 seconds.
- This will delete all settings, including the Wi-Fi connection.

How to use the MultiBeam feature- Press and hold the CALIBRATION
button for 3 seconds.
- On the Enchant display a timer will start counting down from 3 to 0 (Once hitting 0 the Calibration will begin).
- The calibration takes around 60 seconds before it is complete. While calibrating you will hear some noises coming from the speaker.
- When finished the display on the Enchant Soundbar will say "DONE"

Onboard Active Noise Cancelling is controlled by the multi-function button on the rear of the left ear-cup. Switched on by default, you can SINGLE press the ANC button to toggle it On/Off and LONG press to active TalkThru. Turn on ANC again by a single press on the multi-function button.Was this helpful? To show the current firmware version on your JBL TUNER device, go through the following steps.
- Turn on the JBL TUNER.
- Press and hold this three-button combination: DAB/FM+ Volume+ and Preset 5, simultaneously for 3-4 seconds.
- In the display, you will see a combination of letters and numbers. This is the current software version.
- See picture below as illustration.
The new firmware version released is V.0.0.57 (shown in the picture above).
To get the latest version, ask our customer service for a guide and an upgrade file.

Ensure that only one voice chat application is in use while in-game. Be sure you hear a click when the microphone is flipped down. The microphone will only function when it is flipped down fully. If you see a red LED on the microphone, it is muted.
How to check your PC settings for the correct recording device
1. Go to Control Panel
2. Select Hardware and Sound
3. Click on Sound
3 Select Recording
4. Make sure to select the proper recording device.-
Right-click on it Quantum headset.

Now select "Set Default Device" or Select "Default Communication Device"
5. Check the microphone levels by right-click on your Quantum headset. Then click on Properties
6. Choose Levels.
7. Adjust accordingly.
Please also make sure the volume control on the headset is turned up. Rotate the volume wheel on your headset to increase the volume.
Check that your headset's Game-Chat balance dial and ensure that the balance is correct, you might refer to the screenshot below from the QuantumEngine PC software.
If you still cannot hear the game or music audio, or if the volume is still very low, check if the TalkThrough is activated via the QuantumEngine software.

- Open your Google Home app

What you need first
- A Harman/Kardon Enchant Soundbar (1300 or 800 model).
- Latest version of the Google Home app
- A mobile device or tablet with Android or iOS system.
- An internet connection.
- Dual-band router with 2.4GHz and 5GHz connection
Adding your Enchant soundbar to your Wi-Fi
- Open the Google Home app
- Click on "ADD" to connect your Enchant 800 or Enchant 1300 Soundbar to your Wi-Fi network.
- Follow the instructions on screen and enjoy beautiful sound using Chromecast technology.

Resetting the device

In order to reset the headphones:

- Make sure it is formatted with FAT16 or FAT32.
- Your Music files can only be:
(32-320kbit/s),
(32-320kbit/s) and
(44.1K/48K/192K).
- The Partybox supports up to 8 subfolders.
- It will be played in alphabetic sequence with main folders first then subfolders.
- To skip songs forward, double press the Play/Pause button. To skip back, triple press the Play/Pause button.
