Here is the pairing procedure between a K915 headset and a new transmitter box: 1. Power off the headphone. 2. Power off the transmitter. 3. Press and hold the power button on the headphone until the “Signal” LED is flashing, and a beep sound can be heard. 4. Power on the transmitter. 5. To reset the OMNI 50+ speaker, please do the following: First, press & hold ‘Source’, ‘Vol+’, ‘Vol-‘ buttons at the same time. The Omni 50+ will switched off, indicating that the product was successful reset. Secondly, press ‘power' button to turn on power for the Omni 50+ speaker. There is a reset button on the bottom of the Omni+ devices. Press and hold this button for 5 seconds to perform a factory reset of your product. You can reset the E25BT in two ways: 1: Press and hold Volume + and Volume - simultaneously for more than 3 seconds. You can delete specific voice recordings associated with your account by going to History in Settings in the Alexa App, drilling down for a specific entry, and then tapping the delete button. Or, you can delete all voice recordings associated with your account for your Harman Kardon Allure speaker, by selecting the applicable product at the Manage Your Content and Devices page at www.amazon.com/mycd. and deleting voice recordings. HDMI Input
Enchant features only 1 x HDMI input, and Enchant has 3 x HDMI inputs and support this:- HDMI 2.0b.
- HDCP 2.2 for all HDMI input connections (Means it supports 4K Blue-Ray Movies or streaming clients with 4K encryption)
- 4K Pass-through.
CEC Support
CEC support only available through your HDMI connection and we are always using standard protocol for our products.
We support these:- System Standby: When you press the "Power off" button on your TV remote, the Enchant soundbar will go into Standby mode as well.
- ARC or called Audio Return Channel: If you would have a TV BOX connected directly to your TV and using ARC from TV to Enchant soundbar, then all sound will be transferred through ARC connection.
- In case you are not using the HDMI ARC connection then sound coming from the TV show will not be transferred to the Enchant soundbar.
- System Audio Control: Using your TV remote to turn up or lower the volume will be synchronized with the Enchant soundbar.

As of December 1, 2022, Google Assistant on third party smart displays, soundbars, and speakers are no longer able to make a voice call to a landline or mobile number on the carrier network. Voice-over-IP calls continue to work. This is due to the ongoing infrastructure improvements.

For JBL Quantum 100/200/300 models, they do not offer Game-Chat audio dial function.
To get the Game-Chat dial feature, you need JBL Quantum 400, and up, then you can adjust game-chat balance by rotating the dial-up and down.
For models that support Game-Chat dial, when you rotate the dial, you will feel a notch that indicates 50% game and 50% chat. Or you can see the status on the top bar of the JBL QuantumENGINE.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -
Horizon's alarm sounds for 3 minutes, then it shuts off, or rather it goes into snooze, for 9 minutes. Then it sounds the alarm again for 3 minutes, followed by snooze for another 9 minutes. If you are experiencing issues with your headphones' Bluetooth disconnecting and reconnecting while on standby, there is a new Firmware Update app to resolve this issue. Start by downloading the app "JBL Firmware Update" (see links below).

Once downloaded, you can update your headphones firmware from there.

To pair to a different device, double tap and hold your finger on the JBL logo for 5 seconds until you see the LED light flash blue. Make sure that the device you are trying to connect to is in range and in pairing mode. Fully charge the earbuds along with the charging case before the first use. The charging case is for charging the earbuds only. LED behaviors: 1 LED- 25% 2 LED-25%-50% 3 LED-50%-75% 4 LED-75%-99% NO LED-100% Fully Charged You can keep the earbuds in standby mode for up to 3 hours without having to return them to the case. beyond this point the earbuds must be returned to the case for charging.
