  • Endurance Series Headphones: Apt X
    The Endurance headphones do not support Apt X or AAC audio codecs.
  • Endurance Dive Headphones: MP3 Information. How to add music, play function.
    Here is how to add music to the Dive Headphones: 1. Place the MP3 music files that you want to transfer to the Dive headphones on your computer, where you can find them again. The sequence is not important, they will be played in alphanumerical sequence. If you want to have a special sequence to your tracks, you can add a number as the first file name. 2. Connect the Dive to your computer with the USB cable. Please use the cable that came with the headphones, since other USB cables may be wired for charging only, and may not work. 3. Your Dive will now pop up in your explorer folder overview as a new drive. Total capacity is about 991 MB. 4. Now you simply drag-and-drop the MP3 files from their location onto the Dive, or you mark the files, copy them and paste them onto the Dive. Do not use folders of any kind, and do not try to place other file types on the Dive's memory. MP3 files with a resolution of 320 kbits/second is maximum quality possible. Please note that the owner's manual contains an error about random play, stating that MP3 play will always be done in random sequence. Unfortunately, this is an error. All replay of MP3 files from the internal memory is alphanumerical, NOT random. As mentioned above, you can add a number to the track title, and the tracks will be played in numerical order, until no more numbers are present, after which replay is in alphabetical order.
  • Enabling or disabling Demo mode.

    2. Depending on what state your JBL Partybox is in, either you enter Demo mode or disabling it.

  • Do you have a guide that explains the best placement for the OMNI+ speakers in a house?
    Every home is different, so it is difficult to provide a universal guide that suits it all. What you can do is check the number of available access points in your home by performing a Wi-Fi network scan using a mobile device. Then select the Wi-Fi channel that isn't as busy as the rest. Also, check how much noise each speaker has using the Harman Kardon Controller app. Simply go into the settings menu and select "Send us feedback" to see the results, signals between -40 dB and -62 dB are considered good.
  • Do the UA Train headphones support AptX low latency?
    No. UA Train does not support AptX™ and AptX HD™ audio codecs.
  • Do JBL Club Headphones Support aptX?
    JBL Club headphones do not support aptX. There are a number of different platforms available and our choice was driven by the one that provides the combination of best sound quality and user experience. The platform that we have selected perfectly fits the requirements of the JBL Club series including voice integration and audio customization whilst supplying the Hi Res-certified headphones with the quality of audio they deserve.
  • Do I need to calibrate the head tracker sensor?
    The head tracker in the Quantum ONE uses your movements to calibrate the sensors. You can speed up the calibration process by doing the following: * Imagine that the headphone is a standard cube with 6 faces (Front, Back, Left, Right, Top, Bottom) * Orient the headphone so that it is sitting on each face of "the cube" sequentially. For example, start with the headphone positioned normally (bottom face of the cube down). Then rotate it so that the right side of the cube is facing down. Then continue through the rest of the faces of the cube. * Hold the headphone in each position for 1 second * Once all the faces of the device have been rotated, set the headphone down on a stationary surface for 2 or 3 seconds.
  • Does this headphone support JBL QuantumSURROUND?
    The JBL Quantum 100 is not equipped with JBL QuantumSURROUND. You can consider to purchase the JBL Quantum 300, which comes with a USB dongle and access to JBL QuantumENGINE. 
  • Does this headphone support JBL QuantumSURROUND?

    The JBL Quantum 200 is not equipped with JBL QuantumSURROUND. You can consider to purchase the Quantum 300, which comes with a USB dongle and access to JBL QuantumENGINE. 

  • Does the US Train feature an audio cable?
    Yes. The UA Train features a detachable audio cable with a one button remote. (Please note: you cannot use bluetooth or TalkThru when using the cable connection.)
  • Does the Tune600BTNC feature an audio cable?
    Yes. The 600BTNC features an audio cable that you can use if you do not wish to use the headphones via wirelessly.
  • Does the Soundgear support aptX?
    Yes, Soundgear supports aptX LL (Low Latency). (aptX is a way of packing more information into a compressed version of a signal).
  • Does the size of my head or height impact the performance of JBL QuantumSURROUND?
    How does the brain tell where a sound is coming from? The slight difference in the arrival time of a sound between two ears helps you understand the angle of the sound source from the head. Everyone hears a little differently based on their individual anatomy. This is why it’s important for the QuantumENGINE to know your height and head size—it adjusts to provide the most precise experience possible.
  • Does the Quantum headphone support the Mic monitoring feature?
    Yes. You can configure the volume of the mic monitoring in JBL QuantumENGINE. And the default setting of the mic monitoring is set of “OFF”.
  • Does the OMNI BAR+ support remote control learning?
    Yes, press and hold the Surround button on the OMNI BAR+ until it starts to blink amber. You are now in pairing mode. Press Volume+ on your OMNI BAR+, then press Volume+ on your remote control. The surround button will quickly flash white, to indicate it has learned Volume+. Repeat for Volume-, and Mute, and then hold down the Surround button to exit remote control learning.
  • Does the OMNI BAR+ support 4K movies?
    No, since the OMNI BAR+ does not have any HDMI input connections, it is only your source, connected to the TV, (and of course your TV) that need to be 4K compatible.
  • Does the JBL QuantumENGINE software have minimum system requirements?
    The JBL QuantumENGINE supports Windows 10 release 1909 and above and Windows 7 Service Pack 1.
  • Does the JBL Boombox play at louder volume than the Xtreme?
    Yes, the Boombox plays at 3,5dB higher volume than the JBL Xtreme. This results in a 150% volume increase, compared to the JBL Xtreme
  • Does the Harman Kardon Allure support text messaging?
    No, this feature is not supported in our Harman Kardon Allure speaker. This might change with future updates. You can write text messages to your Amazon friends via the Alexa app.
  • Does the Harman Kardon Allure/portable work in any country?
    Harman Kardon Allure/portable will only work in selected countries such as United States, Germany, United Kingdom and soon France. To use the Allure on your network requires two different apps. 1. HK Alexa setup - To connect it to your Wi-Fi network (Only available in the countries above) 2. Amazon Alexa app - To control Alexa and add streaming services to your Allure speaker. However, in some countries, French, German or English is spoken, but you still cannot use the Allure, because the Amazon Alexa app cannot be downloaded. This is a decision made by Amazon. The Alexa app is only available in some countries, and this is not only dependent on language. Therefore, if you plan on buying an Allure speaker, and have it shipped to a country outside the selected regions, you will not be able to use it on Wi-Fi, and Alexa voice commands will not work. Only Amazon knows if and when they will extend the app availability to more countries.
  • Does the Flip 3 SE support JBL Connect / JBL Connect+?
    No, the Flip 3 Stealth Edition does not support JBL Connect or Connect+. The Stealth edition can not be paired with other JBL devices.
  • Does the Bluetooth cable for AKG N5005 support AAC and aptX?
    Yes, both the AAC and the aptX codecs are supported. aptX HD and aptX Low Latency are not supported. Please note that N5005 is an in-ear headphone capable of extremely high audio reproduction quality. Wireless transmission cannot deliver the quality that a first-class analog, cabled signal can. The best possible quality is available with the balanced 4-pole 2.5 mm jack, connected directly to a highest-quality headphone amplifier that supports this connection, fed by the highest quality source.
  • Does the audio cable on the Everest 750NC feature volume control?
    No the audio cable included with the Everest series headphones has a one-button remote control with microphone. It does not have volume buttons. It can perform pause/play, and gives you the ability to answer and hang up phone calls. However, you can control the volume when the headphones are connected to a source device with Bluetooth, using the buttons on the ear cup.
