The on/off button is a spring-loaded slider button. Press the button upwards against the spring pressure, and hold it there for about three seconds. Now you will hear the "off" prompt sound in the headphone speakers, and the LED light goes out. Now the headphones are switched off. Please note that if you do not play music or press any button for about 10 minutes, the headphones will switch off automatically. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

The best way to remove the enhancer from the ear bud is to gently pull back the outer rim of the enhancer that is located around the base of the ear bud. When replacing the current enhancers with a different size, please make sure to align the funnel of the enhancer tip over the small speaker screen of the headphone casing. The LEFT enhancer will feature the square cut out that allows you to receive your Heart Rate reading. It is important that the small digital square on the ear bud is fully exposed and the enhancer cut out is placed around it and not over it. If the enhancer is not attached properly, you will hear the audible voice stating that it cannot receive an accurate reading on your heart rate and you will need to readjust the enhancer. Was this helpful? The L and R that indicate the two channels are located on the soft grommets that protects the signal cable where it enters the headphone shell. The letters are recessed into the grommets, and are very small. If they are too difficult to read, it may be easier to simply observe how the headphones are situated in the ears. The oval body of each in-ear, with the chrome stripe, should be away from the head, and be situated in the ear lobe, not stick out directly from the head. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
