My smart phone falls off of the Smartbase charging arm.
This can be caused by dirt and dust accumulating on the charging arm, which can reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive. Clean the surface of the charging arm with a wet cloth or alcohol wipes. Do not use paper towels as these can leave paper debris.
