  • Bluetoothが上手く接続できない
    1.CHARGE2+のBluetoothボタンを押して電源ランプが白点滅するかご確認ください。 2.スマートフォン側の「設定」からBluetoothをオンにしてください。 3.Bluetooth に接続できるデバイスの一覧が表示されますので[JBL CHARGE2+]をタップしてください。 ※この際他の機器とスマートフォンが接続されていると接続できない場合がありますので、うまくいかない場合は他の接続は解除してください。 ※ペアリング済みのJBL CHARGE2+をタップしても接続できない場合は一旦スマートフォン側から接続設定を削除して再度接続してください。 上記手順を試しても接続できない場合は下記をお試しください。 1.スマートフォンのBluetooth設定画面のデバイス一覧からJBL CHARGE2+を削除します。 2.スマートフォンの電源ボタンを長押しし、再起動をタップしてスマートフォンを再起動します。 3.CHARGE2+のハンズフリーボタンと+ボタンを同時に長押しし、右端の点がピンク、それ以外が白点灯するのを確認してください。（リセット） 4.CHARGE2+の電源をオンにして再度Bluetoothの接続をお試しください。
  • Bluetoothと有線接続を同時に行った場合はどちらが優先されますか
    Bluetoothが優先されます。有線で接続した音楽を流す場合はBluetoothの音楽を停止してください。
  • CHARGE2+の対応コーデックを教えてください
    SBCに対応しております。AAC,APT-Xには対応しておりません。
  • スプラッシュプルーフ（防水機能）ですが、端子部分に水がかかっても問題ありませんか？
    IPX5の防水機能を有しておりコネクター部分も含めあらゆる方向からの墳流水に対して有害な影響がありません。ただし水中の使用はできませんので水没しないようご注意ください。
  • ソース機器（携帯電話やCDプレーヤ等）からの音声をアナログ有線接続で本機に入力すると、曲中に無音部分がある場合に、次の曲の頭部分が聞こえない。
    この症状は、ソース機器側の出力ボリュームが小さ過ぎて本機が自動ミュートに入り、そのミュート状態から復帰する際に発生いたします。対処方法としましては、ソース機器側のボリュームを上げる事で本機に自動ミュートが掛らない状態にして頂き、本機のボリュームは（ソース機器側の出力ボリュームではなく）本機側の VOL+-ボタン で調整する事で回避できます。
  • ペアリング設定をリセットしたい
    CHARGE2+のハンズフリーボタンと+ボタンを同時に長押しし、右端の点がピンク、それ以外が白点灯するのを確認してください。
  • 音楽の出力方向について教えてください
    JBLロゴがある向きが正面となります。反対側のロゴの無い面からは音楽が再生されませんので、ご注意ください。
