First, ensure that you have the Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa apps installed on your device, depending on the voice assistant you want to use. Go to your app store to download the intended voice assistant app, then add your headphones as a device in the app if necessary. Finally, enable the intended voice assistant in the settings of the My JBL Headphones app and assign which earbud you want to use to control it. The voice assistant app must be open for it to work correctly. It can be opened from within the My JBL Headphones app by tapping the name of the required voice assistant after you have selected it for use and assigned a gesture to one of your earbuds to control it.Was this helpful?
