Make sure you disable AP/Client isolation on your Access Point / Extender and that Multicast forwarding is not disabled between the W-Fi networks. The upgrade via HID tool will only update the Bluetooth module inside of the BDS device. There are two ways of upgrading your system. 1: Upgrading Bluetooth via HID Tool. 2: Upgrade BDS firmware via the built-in software center. 1. Make sure all wall and power outlet switches are on, and that all switches for your speaker system are on. Switch mains power to the system on/off by pressing the bass speaker volume button located on the back of the subwoofer. This button acts as power button when pushed in. 2. Ensure that the input jack is pushed all the way into the output socket on the source device. Check all the connections and secure them. 3. Your volume settings are too low or muted. Increase your volume by pressing the + key located on the right satellite. You can also check volume from your source device. If you are using a computer, check the volume control located in the taskbar, as well as the volume control in the media player or browser. This will mean a total of three volume controls in your computer alone. 4. To mute and unmute the speakers, touch the shining + and - controls on the right-hand "stick" at the same time. To use Chromecast, you must continue the setup in the Google Home app first.
Configuring the speaker only with Apple WAC will not enable the Chromecast feature.
For this to happen, you must sign-in with your Google account.

There is a known problem using Bilibili audio over AirPlay on iOS 16. Until the issue is fixed, please try using Bluetooth instead.

Please try turning Bluetooth off on your phone and trying again, and make sure Location services are enabled for the Google Home app. If this does not work, certain phones are not compatible with the Google Home setup process, including the Vivo X21A, Vivo NEX S, and Vivo X9. Use the Google Voice Assistant button on your Citation soundbar remote control when using these inputs HDMI, AUX or Optical. When you press this button, the current volume level will temporarily decrease and the Google Voice Assistant will begin listening for your command. The reason you need to use the remote control is that Google Assistant does not support Multi-channel audio from your source device (TV, BlueRay Player or TV-BOX) and therefore the mic is automatically muted unless the Google Voice Assistant button is pressed. It sounds like you are living in a country where Google Assistant has not yet been officially released. When Google releases the Google Assistant to more countries, the Everest GA headphones will open up for this feature. It may require a software update for this to happen. Please check Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa are installed on your device. Try to repeat the setup process. Also, switching the headphones off and on once or twice may solve the problem.

There may be more than one reasons for this problem, but one detail is important: if establishing the connection manually, do not advance the cursor after having written all characters in your password with the up and down arrows. Please note that two types of ear tips are included with AKG N5005. The black ones are normal silicone tips, and they are fine for many users. The Milky-white ones are from the company SpinFit. They have a special middle section that permits the tip to swivel in all directions, making them able to adapt to various insertion angles. Please try both. For some, one is better, for some, the other one is better. You make the decision. In normal use, the tip that makes the best seal with your ear canal is the best choice, since bass reproduction is very dependent on this seal. Look at the back of the primary speaker, which is the one with pause/play and volume controls. You will see a switch called "mode". This switch can be in either S or P position. S stands for Secondary, P stands for Primary. Switch to Primary, and your speaker will now open Bluetooth and will accept analog signals. It is important to use the correct HDMI connection on the BDS, marked with ARC. Also, the proper input must be selected with the AUX input selector button, which scrolls between the six AUX inputs. It always selects the AUX input that you used last, so once you have used the AUX ARC input, the BDS unit remembers it until you select another AUX input. The most important thing, is to be sure that both blue LEDs must flash quickly, one on the center speaker, one on the subwoofer. If just one of these LEDs does not flash quickly, pairing cannot take place. If it is difficult to make one of the LEDs change to quick flash, it may be that the button is held too long, or not pressed in the right angle. Unfortunately, some Huawei phones are not able to stream music from the HK Controller app to 1st generation Omni speakers. Your device has entered full standby-mode, which means it shuts down all activity to have the lowest power consumption. This is a requirement for any product in Europe in order to reduce power consumption for devices in your home. The registration success rate and quality of voice commands depends on the performance of your smart phone’s microphone. Make sure that your smart phone’s microphone is unobstructed and you are speaking clearly when registering commands. If you continue to have issues, try registering using a family member or friend’s smart phone as a test. AURA is DLNA compatible, which means that if you have a device capable of streaming DLNA content (AUDIO only), then it will be visible for these devices.
