    Use a clean cotton swab slightly moistened with alcohol to:
    1. Remove earwax and dirt from the ear tips on your earbuds.
    2. Clean the charging pads and ports on your earbuds and in the charging case respectively. Then use a dry and soft cotton to rub down the dust and lint.
    3. Clean the grooves on the cover and at the bottom of the charging case.
    After cleaning, make sure the charging case and earbuds are dry before putting the earbuds back into the charging case.

    TIP: 
    We recommend that you repeat this operation every few weeks or so to keep your headphones clean and to not affect the charging speed and quality.
  • So your Pulse 4 got dirt on it, or even fingerprints, and you want to show off the device the best way possible.
    Keep reading this article, and we will instruct you on how to clean the glass and device.

    How to clean your speaker
    • Dirt and stains on your speaker can be cleaned under lukewarm running tap water.
    • Use a soft cloth, preferably cotton, to clean the glass and to remove fingerprints. Hold the top part to avoid adding more prints to the glass part.
    Remember not to charge the device while it is still wet. The charging port needs to be completely dry before charging.

  • To clean your headphones, please follow the instructions below:
    1. Clean earpads and headphones with a soft, slightly damped cloth.
    2. Do not soak, submerge or allow moisture to enter near drivers and cable jacks.
      1. Earpads and cables can be purchased if worn out at www.Marklevinson.com.
    3. Use a polishing cloth to wipe down after use to remove fingerprints etc.
    Please keep them in the provided hard traveling case when not using the headphones to protect them from dirt and other substances.
     
  • To find out the software version, press and hold the [VOL- ] and [SOURCE] buttons simultaneously.  The software version will scroll across the front display.
     
  • To check the firmware version:
    Press and hold the 'Preset 1' & 'Preset 5' buttons for more than 10 seconds.
  • The battery is charged using an included USB-A to USB-C USB fabric cable. It will be fully charged for 2 hrs. Note, this cable is only for charging the battery, it will not deliver audio.
  • To charge, plug in the USB-C Connector and connect to a USB-C port (or USB-A port using the included adaptor).

    Please note: you cannot listen while charging.
     
  • To deliver 65W PD charging to your laptop, you will need a USB-C to USB-C cable supporting minimal 3A current.
    To deliver 100W PD charging to your laptop, you will need a USB-C to USB-C cable supporting with E-Mark and supporting 5A current.
  • To enjoy the wireless charging feature for your InfinityLab power bank, below are the instructions on how to activate it.
    1. Press the power button (located on the front side, next to the battery indicator).
    2. Place your device on top of the power bank.
    3. The LED indicator on the side of the power bank will light up, indicating that the product is "charging."
  • The surround speakers of our JBL Bar 800 or Bar 1000 can be recharged through the USB-C connection, located on the side of the speaker. The speakers can be charged by docking them in the soundbar also.
  • Ensure that your InfinityLab power bank is charged, then press the power button to trigger charging.
    If nothing happens, please try to charge your power bank with a different charger and check the charging indicator next to the power button to see if the LEDs lights are blinking.

    If it still doesn’t work, please contact our customer service team for help. 
  • You might have to add a USB extension dock to get the JBL Quantum 350/600/800/810 dongle as close to the headset, or place the common sources of interference (e.g. routers, Wi-Fi speakers etc.) as far from the JBL Quantum 350/600/800/810 dongle.

  • • Always have clear line of sight between your Bluetooth device (speaker, headphones etc.) and source device (Smartphone/tablet/PC etc). Be aware of obstacles in front of your devices.

    • Try to shutdown other products that have Bluetooth, but are not being used. They are often the reason for interference even though they are not being used.

    • Do not stand too close to your Wi-Fi router since a Wi-Fi signal is stronger and in many cases will "overlap" the connection.

    • Be aware of walls around you. Concrete and brick walls will often interrupt the signal, as it cannot pass through such thick walls.

    • Bluetooth signals cannot travel through water, which includes the human body. Make sure with wireless headphones to keep your source device and the receiver on the same side of your body.

    • Open spaces such as parks can cause issues for your devices, as open air is "bad" for any Bluetooth signal if it cannot reflect from objects around you.
  • In the Google Home app, go to device settings and set up your home address again. The home address is where the Oasis sets its time zone. If changes are made, it may be necessary to reboot the speaker. Remove and reinsert the power cable to ensure that the changes take effect.
     
  • With both detachable surround speakers undocked, you can select the surround sound level by pressing the REAR button on the remote control.
  • You can adjust the amount of audio coming from the upfiring speakers by pressing the "ATMOS" button on the Remote control and switch between middle (default), high or low.
  • Sometimes you need to change settings such as changing EQ to match the content you are watching or adjusting the bass level.
    1. Grab your Remote control.
    2. Press and hold the "HOME" button down, an overlay on the right side of the screen will appear.
    3. This is our quick settings menu.
    4. Go to Settings --> Sound --> Select EQ Mode
    5. Hit the back button Arrow icon a couple of times until you are back at what you are watching.
    With the Quick settings menu, you don't have to stop and leave the app or content you are watching, its very simple, and easy to use!
  • The InfinityLAB charger has "smart power distribution" feature, it's smart enough to know how to allocate power, depending on which devices are plugged in.

    Take 65W charger as an example:
    If plug in only 1 USB-C device to this charger, the USB-C port can deliver max. 65W PD fast charging.
    If plug in one USB-C device and one USB-A device simultaneously to this charger, the USB-A port can deliver max.15W fast charging, and the USB-C port can deliver max. 45W PD fast charging.
     
  • JBL Quantum 400 and ONE are compatible with USB C to A cable to enjoy PS4 console with RGB Lighting on, and Quantum 600 and 800 with wireless-enabled by USB dongle also gives lighting moment on PS4 console games.

    *NOTE that RGB will not light up when connecting with 3.5mm cable to any device (PC, Console, Mobile, etc.) because the cable doesn't have power enough for the RBG lighting.

     

  • The speaker uses 4 x 15W when running on battery. You will hear a slight lower bass performance, compared to being connected to AC power.

  • If no fans or Air Conditioning are being used to cool the No. 536 amplifiers there should be 2U rack spaces vertically between No. 536 amplifiers
  • You should expect up to 8 hours of playback time on a fully charged battery.

  • The Everest 110 should receive 8 hours of audio playback on a full charge. However, depending on the volume level at which you listen to your music at, this can decrease the battery life faster.
  • Up to four headsets can play simultaneously. For each additional headset, hold the pairing buttons on both transmitter and headset for 5 seconds, then release. Now switch the transmitter off and on again with the pairing button, and the connection is active.
  • The BDS -75 and -77 models support 2000 files and 10 folder levels on DLNA.
  • The Vi Personal Trainer is pre-fitted with the size small fin and comes with two additional fin sizes. To get accurate ratings on your heart rate, you'll want to find the fin that fits most comfortably. The Vi also comes pre-fitted with the size medium ear tip and comes with four additional tip sizes.   • You can have several source paired, but only one active at the same time.
  • Up to 3 devices can be paired to the BOOST TV at one time.
  • All three devices supports up to 3 Bluetooth connections at the same time. However, only one can play music while connected, if one of the other paired devices starts playback, it will interrupt the music that is currently playing, and begin playing from the second or third connected device.

  • AURA Studio has the Multi-Connect feature (Social-Mode) which allows you to connect up to 2 devices at the same time and play different music from either device. Note that the music playing on one device will be interrupted when the other device begins playing music, and vice-versa.

  • Any conversation or search history is stored in the cloud via your Google account and is saved until you choose to delete it. JBL LINK speakers do not keep or store any data locally.

    When undocked/portable and removed from the harness, it can no longer be used as a powered sub.  It is strictly a full-range portable Bluetooth speaker system.  It receives it’s audio source from the Bluetooth input only, and receives it’s power from the internal battery.
     
  • For headphones with Version 4.0 of the Firmware, the first update will be done via USB cable, and after the first update, all subsequent updates will be delivered over the air. For headsets with version 5.0 of the firmware, all updates will be delivered over the air, via the app
