What is covered by the Harman Kardon warranty?
Unless a different warranty period is stated in the Warranty Card provided with your Harman Kardon product, Harman Kardon warrants for a period of 1 year (5 years for any non-powered speakers) from the date of retail purchase by the original end-use purchaser, that this product, when delivered to you in new condition, in original packaging, from a Harman Kardon authorized reseller and used in normal conditions, is free from any defects in manufacturing, materials and workmanship. As of December 1, 2022, Google Assistant on third party smart displays, soundbars, and speakers are no longer able to make a voice call to a landline or mobile number on the carrier network. Voice-over-IP calls continue to work. This is due to the ongoing infrastructure improvements.

For JBL Quantum 100/200/300 models, they do not offer Game-Chat audio dial function.
To get the Game-Chat dial feature, you need JBL Quantum 400, and up, then you can adjust game-chat balance by rotating the dial-up and down.
For models that support Game-Chat dial, when you rotate the dial, you will feel a notch that indicates 50% game and 50% chat. Or you can see the status on the top bar of the JBL QuantumENGINE.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -
The Bass, Treble and Echo buttons on the control panel on top of the Partybox only applies these EQs/effect to the Microphone inputs on the rear of the speaker - for Karaoke use. The EQs and Echo effect cannot be applied to other sources or inputs such as Bluetooth, Aux or USB.
If more bass is desired, there is a Bass Boost button on the top control panel (with 2 levels of Bass Boost: Off, Level 1 & Level 2, switched through pressing the button multiple times). This will be applied to the sources and inputs mentioned above (but not the microphone inputs). Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback! -
Random flashing is an indication that the wireless link between primary and associated speakers was lost and recovered. If this happens too often, it may be caused by interference in the 2.4 GHz ISM band, caused by overcrowding of the band. Sometimes it helps to change location of the speakers, or to shut down other 2.4 GHz devices. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Horizon's alarm sounds for 3 minutes, then it shuts off, or rather it goes into snooze, for 9 minutes. Then it sounds the alarm again for 3 minutes, followed by snooze for another 9 minutes. After this final snooze period, it starts playing, and keeps on playing until it is manually shut off. The light shuts off with the audio. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
