  • Unfortunately, the OR100 are specifically designed for the Oculus Rift only. You cannot use these headphones on other devices.
  • There is a buffer inside the speakers that processes the incoming signal. This buffer delays the audio signal compared to the video signal, causing a delay. For this, we do not recommend using Omni+ speakers with a TV. Our Omni bar will work with your TV sound and you can create wireless 5.1 surround sound system with the Omni bar.

  • No. The only way that the Noise Cancellation feature can be activated is while you are using the headphones wirelessly. You cannot use NC while the headphones are plugged into a device or charging.
  • Yes, in case your Wi-Fi does not work then simply press and hold the Bluetooth button for 3 seconds, your speaker is now in pairing mode. The button is located on the back where you connect the power cord. Please be aware that Alexa will not work on Bluetooth.
  • Only Bluetooth pairing can be used for JBL Connect on Boost TV.
  • Yes, the Arena Sub 100P can be used in multiple regions. The subwoofer’s power requirement ranges from 100 volts – 240 volts, 50/60 hertz. As long as you have an adapter to properly plug the speaker into various wall outlets, the Arena Sub 100P will work anywhere in the world.
  • Yes, but only with music via cable, and noise reduction will not be active. As soon as you insert the charging cable micro-usb plug, the Bluetooth and NC functionalities will be switched off, and they cannot be reactivated unless you remove the charging cable, and there must of course be a charge in the battery. If you listen to cabled music while charging, be prepared to hear noise under certain conditions. Both computers and switch-mode power supplies can be very noisy, and this noise can sometimes be heard as a whine or buzz. This can only be eliminated by using a power supply that does not create noise.
  • Yes, press and hold the remote button with the round dot (between volume up and volume down) for for about three seconds. Your iPhone will confirm with a tone that SIRI is ready for voice input.

  • Yes, you can activate the noise reduction circuits alone, with no connection to a source device by Bluetooth or cable. The headphones will stay on as long as there is power in the battery, which is close to 30 hours for pure NC function. Please note that there is a slight residual noise from the NC system, which will be drowned out by music playing, or by surrounding noise such as airplane noise. If you use the NC in surroundings that are near quiet to begin with, you may not get an improvement in noise level.
  • Streaming via Bluetooth or direct aux in connection are supported without the HK Controller app. For OMNI+ devices that you already have placed in a room, they are capable of using either Spotify Connect or Chromecast built-in without the need of using the HK Controller app. Use only the HK Controller app for setting up any OMNI+ devices you may have.

  • Yes, you do not need to have music playing to keep the noise cancelling switched on. There may be a slight residual hiss from the NC system, which would usually be masked by music, but there will still be a significant reduction of external noise.

  • It is possible to connect both HDMI and optical to the TV input at the same time, but HDMI will be prioritized over optical. Switching manually from HDMI to optical is not possible.
  • No, each headset must have its own transmitter. However, even if you try to use more than one complete set of 915 in the same room simultaneously, it may not work either. Although the 915 has an automatic scan function that finds available slots in the 2.4 gHz transmission frequency band, interference may still occur.

  • No, this is a limitation from Google that requires every speaker to have a special license. First generation OMNI speakers do not have such license.
  • No, When connected from multiple mobile devices ( up to 3 ) to one Harman Dual Sound enabled speaker, only the last one that connected will stay connected when enabling Harman Dual Sound. You can however connect from one mobile device to one of the 2 Harman Dual Sound enabled speakers, and activate Dual Sound afterwards. This will give you the option to interrupt the playback, in the same way as Social Mode works when connected to only one speaker.
  • The EVEREST models 100, 300 and 700 are all updated with the HID (Human Interface Device) tool, available in the download section for each model. This tool works with Windows computers only. The EVEREST ELITE models are updated with a USB tool available on the special Everest web page. This tool is available in both an Apple MAC OS version and a Windows version. This USB tool update is used for the first production run of ELITE models ONLY, and only once! All later production runs, and all updates after this first USB update, will take place wirelessly through the My JBL Headphone app, made for iOS and Android.
