  • Can I turn the Heart Rate sensor off and still use the Under Armour Sport Wireless Heart Rate headphones for audio?
    You can turn the Heart Rate sensor off and still use the headphones for audio by placing your finger on the right earpiece for 3-4 seconds. You will hear an audio prompt stating, “Heart Rate disconnected” which will turn the Heart Rate sensor off. If you wish to turn the sensor back on, simply place your finger on the RIGHT earpiece again for 3-4 seconds until you hear the voice prompt stating that the Heart Rate sensor has been turned back on.
  • Can I turn PureVoice on or off?
    PureVoice is default ON when you turn on the soundbar. You may turn OFF PureVoice by using the LCD touch display. On the touchscreen, swipe to the Settings page, then tap Audio -> PureVoice to enable or disable PureVoice.
     
  • Can I turn off the light on my Harman Kardon Allure speaker?
    Yes. Go into our HK Alexa Setup app, tap on the 3 line icon and click on "Lightning" to toggle it on and off.
  • Can it read multichannel discs?
    No, it will only play stereo CD disc.

    No, it cannot play SACD disc.

    Yes. This product has a usb port for charging other devices.

    Yes, the E45BT headphones allow you to switch seamlessly from your music on your portable device to your phone. The controls are located on the Right ear cup which features your volume control and pause and play which is located in the center of the controls. The center button will allow you to answer and hang up phone calls .
  • Can I take phone calls with the JBL Duet Mini BT headphone?
    Yes, the JBL Duet Mini features a three button microphone which enables you to pause/play, skip tracks and answer and hang up phone calls.
  • Can I take phone calls with the E25BT headphone?
    Yes, the E25BT features a three button microphone which enables you to pause/play, skip tracks and answer and hang up phone calls.
  • Can I take phone calls when the Go + Play BT/Wireless is connected to more than one smartphone?
    No, you can only take phone calls when your Go + Play BT/Wireless is connected to a single smartphone. The speaker is designed in this way to protect privacy when it doesn't know which phone is being called. However, some Android phones (e.g. Google Nexus 5) will still transfer the phone call to speaker even when Go + Play BT/Wireless is connected with multiple smartphones. This is caused by the configuration of the phone.
  • Can I take calls from the Onyx Studio 4?
    Yes, you can take can incoming call from the Onyx 4 by pressing the call button located between the power button and volume + button.
