  • The Aura Studio has been put into demo mode, here is how to detect and disable this feature.
    How to detect "demo mode" on the Aura Studio:
    1. When plugged in, the Aura Studio will stay powered on at all times (it will not go into standby mode).
    2. All buttons on the speaker will not work.
    3. Bluetooth mode is disabled, wireless connection will not work.
    4. Only the aux cable input can be used to play music; volume is automatically set to maximum and cannot be adjusted (all buttons are disabled).

    How to disable "demo mode" on the Aura Studio:
    1. Make sure the speaker is powered ON.
    2. Press and hold the Vol - and Bluetooth button for at least 5 seconds
    3. The speaker will power OFF, demo mode is disable.
    4. Now when the speaker is powered ON, you will have full access to all buttons and features.
    Caution: The button combination that disables "demo mode" (Vol - and Bluetooth), will also enable it.
  • Check to see if it happens with all source devices (TV, BluRay, DVD, etc.). If it only happens with one device and not the other, the issue may be with that device. Make sure you do not have any HDMI adapters or splitters. These can cause issues with video and audio.

  • If you are having trouble with distortion or drop out, try the following suggestions:

    Move the audio source closer to the speakers

    Move the speakers closer to each other

    Make sure the streaming speaker (host) only connects to one audio source, disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the streaming speaker (host) and other audio source

    Make sure the audio source only connects with one streaming speaker (host), disconnect the Bluetooth connection between the audio source and other speakers

    Restart both your speakers and the audio source

    Make sure speakers are away from other sources of wireless signal – you could be experiencing interference

    Re-pair the audio source with your speaker

    If you’re streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your speaker

  • Yes, this is correct. The AVR 1x1S does not support OSD on HDMI 2 out, only on HDMI 1.

  • Yes, the cords on the new N40 are detachable. You can remove the cords from the top of the stainless steel earbud housing. Please make sure that you attach the left cord to the left ear plug and the right cord to the right earbud. You will see a red dot indicator for Right and and blue dot indicator for Left on the cable. There are two detachable cables provided. One detachable straight cable and one detachable 3 button microphone cable.
