The typical values are around 2 & 75 ohms. The default setting is low, we are purposefully not recommending one setting over the other. Headphone impedances can vary (typically in the range of 2 to 300 ohms) and some users may prefer listening with high impedance headphones at the low impedance setting, while others may prefer listening on low impedance headphones at the high impedance setting. Either setting will work with any headphone, so it’s really just a matter of personal listening preference and the user can experiment with the settings. There is no quantifiable performance advantage between the settings - it really just comes down to personal preference. Users can select the setting they like best depending on the type and quality of their headphones, program material, and their own auditory characteristics. Was this helpful? Your model AVR is equipped with a cooling fan that only comes on when the unit's internal temperature rises above a predetermined limit. Thanks to the massive heat sinks used in the AVR series, this temperature is rarely reached. A typical situation where the fan will come on is when the AVR is operating at a very loud volume level with program material that has sounds in all seven channels. Since this is a rare occurrence, you may never notice the fan working. In any case, when the fan does come on, the volume will be loud enough that you might not notice it. Thus, you may own an AVR for many years and never hear the fan, or see it in operation. There is no way to test the fan, and none is needed. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

This may simply be a matter of how the headphone is used. The awareness effect is intended to give the user the ability to hear sounds around them through the microphones on the headset. The effect is apparent in use cases where there is no audio, or the audio is at a moderate level. As with any situation, if the sound level of music is loud, it will mask any sounds, including those delivered by our ambient aware technologyWas this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

If the earbuds go into standby mode and turn off, you can still use them without putting them back into the charging case.
You can reactivate the headphones by pressing or touching the outside earbud itself.
Please note: They will be automatically powered off after 30 minutes of being in standby mode if they disconnect from Bluetooth. To reconnect, you will need to put the earbuds back in the charging case and take them off again.
It is possible to change the standby mode time with your headphones. To do this, go into the My JBL Headphones app and choose the Standby Time via Auto-off function. You can adjust the time to 15min, 1hr, etc., or you can choose “Never” if you want to keep the earbuds turn on at all times. Once you set the Auto-off, the earbuds will work according to the setting whether they connect to Bluetooth or disconnect.

If your SmartThings compatible speaker is not found during the setup process, try the following steps:
- Ensure that your phone/tablet with the SmartThings app is less than 10m/33ft from the speaker during initial set-up.
- Make sure your speaker is plugged into power and the LED display lights up.
- If the LED display is not turning on, reset the product to its factory settings.
- Once reset, try setting the speaker up again.
- Power cycle your speaker. Restarting your speaker will often help resolve the issue with products not showing up during the setup.
- Unplug the power cord.
- Wait for about 10 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord and make sure that the speaker is powering up.
- Temporarily relocate your product by moving the speaker closer to your router.
- If your speaker is able to connect in this new location, the original location may be too far from the router to maintain a stable connection.
- Use a different mobile device.
- If the error persists, try using a different device that has the SmartThings app installed and is connected to your speaker.
