  • Tap-hold on the right ear bud forcefully to reconnect heart rate. If this does not work, Hold the middle button to turn off, then back on your headphones.
  • If after updating your headphones you notice that when you tap them to perform your desired gestures the headphones do not respond, please reset your headphones. To do so, with the headphones connected to your mobile source device or tablet:

    1. Open the JBL Headphones app
    2. Scroll down to bottom where it shows Support
    3. Tap on Support
    4. Under Product Help, tap Reset to Factory Setting
    5. You will get a popup asking you to select Reset or Cancel. Please select Reset.
    6. Headphones will complete a factory reset.

    Note: RESET will wipe all previous settings and pairings, so it will be necessary to pair your unit with your devices again.

To maintain the looks and functions of your speaker, please make sure to rinse it with fresh water after using it at a swimming pool or the ocean, then dry off all covers and areas where water can gather. The standard for waterproofing is for tap water. Chemicals and salt in your pool or the ocean can damage the waterproof seals or harm the surface finish over time if not rinsed off after use.
