During the design phase, it was decided to optimize BT reception, which is achieved by buffering digital signal streams. Since this takes a little bit of time, a slight delay will be the result. We have now optimized the software, so the lip-sync problem is no longer an issue. Video materials can now be watched with proper audio timing. Please check the product support page "downloads" tab for your headphone to check for the update files. If you experience delay, even after performing the update, please be aware that delays can occur for several reasons. For instance, the Bluetooth transmitter in a TV set can introduce delay. Also, some TV sets can cause timing changes if certain image processes are used. Try to disengage image processing, and check if lip-sync adjustment is available in your TV. With YouTube or other streaming services: In cases of lip-sync issues, it may also be a good idea to carry out a refresh of the source website. Always try more than one streaming source to determine if the delay comes from the streaming service or from you connection. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

This is because a 4K TV will force the BDS into 4K resolution (upsampling), because this gives the best picture quality, being the highest resolution possible. However, there is no such thing as a 3D 4K movie. All 3D discs are full HD (1080p), but cannot be reproduced in 4K, because 4K resolution cannot be combined with 3D. The solution is to enter the setup menu of the BDS, selecting normal full HD resolution in the picture settings menu. Now 3D movies will be shown correctly on the 4K TV.Was this helpful? Usually, the first time you connect the N90Q to your computer with the USB cable, and turn the headphone ON, it will cause a message to open on your computer, informing you that this new device has been connected, and a software package is being imported.
Next time, you may get a warning that your USB device is not recognized by the computer, but that does not mean that the headphone will not work, it just means that you must activate it in the audio control systems.
Locate the speaker symbol, which is usually shown at the extreme right in your computer taskbar along the bottom of the screen.
Right-click on the speaker symbol.
A menu opens, and you must highlight and click on Playback Devices.
Now a small window opens, showing the Playback tab, with all available speaker option.
One of the options should read something like this: " Speakers. AKG N90 headphones - Firmware version A2.12. Ready."- Highlight this option, and then click the "Set Default" button that is now available in the window. Audio should immediately be sent to the N90 headphones as a digital signal, which is then converted and amplified inside the headphones.
- Now you can enjoy world-class music listening.

The most important thing, is to be sure that both blue LEDs must flash quickly, one on the center speaker, one on the subwoofer. If just one of these LEDs does not flash quickly, pairing cannot take place. If it is difficult to make one of the LEDs change to quick flash, it may be that the button is held too long, or not pressed in the right angle. Try again with a short, firm press less then a second. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

It is important to use the correct HDMI connection on the BDS, marked with ARC. Also, the proper input must be selected with the AUX input selector button, which scrolls between the six AUX inputs. It always selects the AUX input that you used last, so once you have used the AUX ARC input, the BDS unit remembers it until you select another AUX input. Of course you have to have a TV which actually supports ARC.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Look at the back of the primary speaker, which is the one with pause/play and volume controls. You will see a switch called "mode". This switch can be in either S or P position. S stands for Secondary, P stands for Primary. Switch to Primary, and your speaker will now open Bluetooth and will accept analog signals. (The Secondary position is used for systems where four speakers are in use, since only one speaker can act as primary speaker.)Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

Please note that two types of ear tips are included with AKG N5005. The black ones are normal silicone tips, and they are fine for many users. The Milky-white ones are from the company SpinFit. They have a special middle section that permits the tip to swivel in all directions, making them able to adapt to various insertion angles. Please try both. For some, one is better, for some, the other one is better. You make the decision. In normal use, the tip that makes the best seal with your ear canal is the best choice, since bass reproduction is very dependent on this seal. However, some users may find that they prefer a slightly less tight seal. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

There may be more than one reasons for this problem, but one detail is important: if establishing the connection manually, do not advance the cursor after having written all characters in your password with the up and down arrows. If you jump to the next empty position after the last character, this will be interpreted as an added character in itself, and the password will be wrong. Was this helpful? Use the Google Voice Assistant button on your Citation soundbar remote control when using these inputs HDMI, AUX or Optical. When you press this button, the current volume level will temporarily decrease and the Google Voice Assistant will begin listening for your command. The reason you need to use the remote control is that Google Assistant does not support Multi-channel audio from your source device (TV, BlueRay Player or TV-BOX) and therefore the mic is automatically muted unless the Google Voice Assistant button is pressed. Google Voice Assistant is always listening when streaming music over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
