  • If the left ear pod is silent, please perform a new pairing with the right pod like shown in the quick-start guide.
Take them out of the charging case and click the  center button on both the left and the right pod 3 times.
This forces a new pairing between the pods, and the left pod should automatically pair with the right pod from now on once you remove both pods from the charging case.

If you still cannot get the Left ear to play, please perform a factory reset by placing both pods in the charging case, while the charging case is charging. Now press the button on the right pod, and hold it for more than 5 seconds. You have now reset to factory settings. (Please note: If you have performed a factory reset, you will need to remove the headphones or "forget this device" from any smart phone or tablet they were once connected to. This will allow your device to now search for the newly restored headphones under BT devices)

The right pod is the primary, which is connected to your source, usually a smartphone.
The left pod is the secondary, which connects to the right pod.

  • The Left and Right bud should sync together automatically when removed from the case. If the Left and Right bud do not sync together automatically within 15 seconds, you may manually sync the buds together. With the buds out of the case, press the center button on each bud 3x. This action does not have to be done simultaneously. You may start with either the L or R bud to initiate syncing.
  • The speaker is IPX5 certified, it can withstand direct splashes from any direction for up to 3 minutes. Although a little snow or rain won't hurt it, we do not recommend keeping the speaker outside during rain and/or snow. Also be aware of extreme hot or cold temperatures, they may be damaging.

  • Microphone Cleaning (handheld mics)

    PBM-100-complete-mic.png

There are two very important reasons to keep your microphone clean.

    1. Hygiene/Germs, especially when a mic is used by multiple people, can unknowingly be spread.
    2. Dried spit, dust, dirt and debris can build up in the screen and sponge, negatively affecting the microphones’ ability to accurately pick up and reproduce the voice or instrument.

    To clean the microphone…

    1. Remove/Unscrew the grille from the microphone, turning counter-clockwise.
    PBM-100-grille-removed-from-body.jpeg
    1. Remove the foam from the inside of the grille.

    1. Wash the foam with warm water and dish soap.
    2. Clean the grille with any household non-abrasive disinfectant/cleaner.
    3. Thoroughly dry both the grille and the foam.
    4. Insert the foam into the grill.
    5. Screw the grille back onto the microphone, turning clockwise.

NOTE: For quality purposes, it is recommended that the screen of the microphone be cleaned once per month when used on a regular basis. For hygienic purposes, when used by multiple people, cleaning is recommended more often, possibly even nightly.

  • Yes. This headphone has a built in microphone. To answer a call, press the power button which is located on the Left Ear Cup for 1 second. If you wish to hang up the call, press and hold the power button for 2 seconds.
  • If the wireless mic is out of signal range, you will experience drop outs or no sound. Once range is reestablished, the speaker should automatically detect the mic and resume connection within less than 3 sec.

When a wireless mic is connected, the speaker will play a notification sound once. If two wireless mics are connected at the same time, there may be a 1 sec gap between the two notification sounds.

If one of the wireless mics is not working, we recommend the following:

    1. Turn off the speaker
    2. Turn on the mic and place it on top of the speaker
    3. Turn on the speaker
    4. The speaker should automatically pair with the new mic within 3 min and play a notification sound
