A certain degree of sensitivity is necessary to make the response system function. In some cases, hair or a cap touching the sensor plates can activate the system, even if you do not want it. The solution is to lock the sensor system. Put your finger on the left sensor plate, and hold it there for more than 4 seconds. Now the sensors are locked, and the problem is solved. Unlocking is done the same way.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

With some phones, such as iPhones and some Android models, volume is synchronized while Bluetooth is used, and levels below volume setting 6 (tested with iPhone 6 and iPhone 5s) and volume setting 5 on most Android devices will cause the GO to enter standby after some minutes. If you want to play softer while still using your iPhone as a source, please change to cabled connection from the headphone output to the AUX input of GO. This will make it possible for you to set the GO's volume at its minimum step, and then control total level on the telephone. Of course, if source level from the telephone is set extremely low, the GO will go into standby again, because GO needs a certain level to keep playing. Alternatively, use a phone which does not synchronize volume as source. Many Android phones do not synchronize volume, so by using such a phone, you can adjust GO to its lowest level, adjusting total level independently, even via Bluetooth. This will usually result in music volume at the desired level. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

We are sorry about this problem. EuP regulations require that electronics go into full off after some time. Unfortunately, this means that the soundbar cannot be woken up again after half an hour. It is necessary to use the ON/OFF switch. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

No, since the speaker does not store any information locally. To remove all settings from your stolen device, simply unlink the speaker from your account, and the next time the speaker goes online it will not connect to your account. However, if you have used the command ""Remember this"" feature, please beware of sensitive information, as the speaker will inform you of whatever you have asked it to remember. But after unlinking the speaker, it will forget. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

One explanation can be that your OMNI 50+ is part of a 5.1 system with your Omni Bar, which will make the surround OMNI 50+ left and right rear speakers act as "secondary", and Bluetooth connection is not possible to secondary speakers. To use the OMNI 50+ as a portable speaker again, simply perform a reset of the speaker by pressing the reset button for 5 seconds. Please note that after resetting your OMNI 50+, it is no longer part of the 5.1 wireless system. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

- Ensure that your Harman Kardon One app device is less than 10m/33ft from the speaker during the initial set-up.
- Ensure it is plugged into power and the power LED is illuminated.
- Unplug the power cord, wait 10 seconds, reconnect the power cord and allow the speaker to power up.
- Temporarily relocate either the speaker or router so that they are closer together. If the connection succeeds, the original location may be too far from the router to maintain a stable connection.
- Try using a different device with the Harman Kardon ONE app installed and connected to your home network.

It is usually not necessary to replace an unresponsive remote control. First, check to see if there is a small plastic tab extending out of the base of the remote control. This is a protective sleeve installed on new remote controls to prevent the battery from draining. Pull this tab to remove the plastic sleeve. The sleeve must be removed before the remote will operate. If the sleeve was removed or not present and the remote control is not working then a new battery should be installed before replacing the remote control. There is a small slide out drawer that houses the battery. The battery type will be either CR2025 or CR2032 for remotes of this size. Replacement batteries are commonly available from most electronic and convenience stores that sell small batteries. Check the number on the original battery and replace it with a battery that uses the same number. These steps will typically solve the problem. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

There are two ways to blow speakers. The first is the one we all know and understand. If you pump 500 watts into a speaker that is only rated at 100 watts, kaboom, it blows up. As a result, very few of us do this. So then why are all of these poor, helpless speakers blowing up? Because of the second reason, under-powering. It's really a misleading term, but let's try to explain. First let's take it to the maximum. Example: You have a 1000 watt speaker and a 100 watt amplifier. The way you like to listen to music requires 300 watts. Typically, you will ask your amp to put out that 300 watts that you want to hear. The amp will do it, but it will clip and distort. Unfortunately, the human ear can't hear distortion until it reaches almost 10%. By that time it's usually too late. The speaker keeps trying to reproduce this distortion that it's not capable or reproducing and eventually it blows (usually the tweeter fails first). If you are blowing speakers with an amp that has a power rating lower than your speakers, you are pushing your amp too far, causing it to clip, and blowing speakers. If you are pushing your system too hard, it is suggested that you realize your systems limitations or recommend that you get a more powerful amplifier. Please realize, if you only buy speakers that will handle more power and not a more powerful amplifier, you won't solve the problem. The speakers will still blow, because it is distortion that is blowing them, not too much power. Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!
