How can I use my JBL LINK 10 or LINK 20 with Google Assistant if I am out of range with my Wi-Fi?

If your JBL Link 10 or Link 20 is out of range, setting up a personal hotspot from your mobile device will allow your Google Assistant to answer again. However, this process requires two mobile smartphones, one as the "mobile hotspot" and the second to connect the JBL Link 10 or Link 20 to your network.
