I have an Android phone, but some of the remote functions do not work. Why is that?
Please make sure that the switch on the underside of cable remote is moved to the Android functionality. If it is set to iPhone, it will not work with Android phones. You can change the setting with your nail, or use the end of the cleaning tool.
