My Authentics L8/L16 can not connect to Wi-Fi network. How come?
If you are experience connectivity problems with Wi-Fi connection, please try to reset all Wi-Fi settings. This can be done by pressing power button for 10 seconds, the power button will quickly flash to indicate it has been reset.
After you have reset all Wi-Fi settings, please shutdown the device and pull out the power cable from the wall socket.
Put back in the power cable into the wall socket and try do the Wi-Fi setup again.
