My Go+Play Wireless is not visible in the HK Remote app after an iOS update. Why is that?
Sometimes after a system update, many Bluetooth connections and application handshakes no longer function.
Therefore we advise to delete the existing pairing, and restart your smart device/telephone/tablet computer.
After restart is completed, please connect to the product once again via Bluetooth. It should now be visible in our HK Remote app.
