- CITATION BAR is intended to be used for streaming music. A consumer can stream Bluetooth audio to the speaker. A consumer can connect their speaker to the localWi-Fi Network and stream music with Google Chromecast. In addition, the speaker will work with Google Home. This product is designed to be instantly on and ready to play music at a moment's notice, therefore, the Bluetooth andWi-Fi connection must remain active at all times to ensure proper operation. CITATION BAR is in compliance with the European Union energy legislation. CITATION BAR will enter into sleep mode (networked standby) after 20 minutes without operation, after which it can be re-activated via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.

- Must have iOS 10 or higher

- There is no support for PC set up.
- Your mobile device must support 5 GHz Wireless Network connection in order to set up our Harman Kardon Citation device. Note: Wireless Network with WPA2-Enterprise encryption is not supported.

General information about WiSA:
WiSA is a wireless system designed specifically for audio and speakers. An audio system that incorporates WiSA technology has it's own internal wireless system. It is capable of doing 96kHz/24bit audio with an audio latency of only 5ms, virtually undetectable by the human ear.
For more information on WiSA technology, please go to the official WiSA website.
If a product is WiSA Certified, it can be used with any other WiSA certified product. For example a WiSA Ready TV with at transmitter.
Note: The overall sound quality is dependent on the processing and setup in the WiSA TV & transmitter, and may result in a performance (EQ, crossover and levels) not intended by the speaker manufacturer. To be sure that the Citation products sound the best, use a Citation Bar product as the main "hub".

WiSA does not offer 3D audio formats like Dolby Atmos, and DTS:X yet, so at the moment it is limited to 5.1 or 7.1 Dolby Digital. So regardless of which brand of WiSA speaker you choose, Dolby Atmos will not be available yet.

No, the Citation speaker does not store any conversations, it listens only for a few seconds and then deletes the file. Only when using "OK, Google" or "Hey, Google" will it start recording your question in order for Google Assistant to fulfill your request. You can always delete all your recordings via "My activity" settings under your Google Account.Was this helpful? Thank you for your feedback!

As of December 1, 2022, Google Assistant on third party smart displays, soundbars, and speakers are no longer able to make a voice call to a landline or mobile number on the carrier network. Voice-over-IP calls continue to work. This is due to the ongoing infrastructure improvements.

For Citation ONE, Citation 100, Citation Sub and Citation Surround, Press and hold the RESET button on the speaker for 5 seconds.
