    Chaque maison est différente, donc il est difficile de fournir un guide universel qui convient à toutes les situations. Vous pouvez toutefois vérifier le nombre de points d’accès disponibles dans votre maison en effectuant une analyse du réseau Wi-Fi à l’aide d’un appareil mobile. Ensuite, sélectionnez le canal Wi-Fi le moins occupé. De même, vérifiez le volume sonore qu’offre chaque enceinte à l’aide de l’application Harman Kardon Controller. Il vous suffit d’aller dans le menu des réglages et de sélectionner « Envoyez-nous un retour » pour afficher les résultats. Les signaux compris entre -40 dB et -62 dB sont considérés comme bons.
  • Bien que le JBL Charge soit livré avec un adaptateur secteur pour le charger, je préfèrerais le charger depuis mon ordinateur portable. Est-ce que cela est possible?

    Yes, the remote control permits you to pick up and stop a call, and activate the voice assistant to place a call.
  • Can I use more than one K915 headset with the wireless transmitter?
    No, each headset must have its own transmitter. However, even if you try to use more than one complete set of 915 in the same room simultaneously, it may not work either. Although the 915 has an automatic scan function that finds available slots in the 2.4 gHz transmission frequency band, interference may still occur.
  • Can I use my AKG N20 NC even if the battery is not charged?
    Yes, you can use the headphones, but of course the noise cancelling will not be active.
  • Can I use the AKG N60NC Wireless while it is charging?
    Yes, but only with music via cable, and noise reduction will not be active. As soon as you insert the charging cable micro-usb plug, the Bluetooth and NC functionalities will be switched off, and they cannot be reactivated unless you remove the charging cable, and there must of course be a charge in the battery. If you listen to cabled music while charging, be prepared to hear noise under certain conditions. Both computers and switch-mode power supplies can be very noisy, and this noise can sometimes be heard as a whine or buzz. This can only be eliminated by using a power supply that does not create noise.
  • Can N90Q be used with Apple Lightning connector for charging or digital signal input?
    No, you cannot use a lightning connector to charge the N90Q. It can only be charged with the micro USB charger that is provided for you in the packaging. Also, no digital signal transmission can take place from an iPhone, only from Android phones. But some Apple computers will work.
  • Can N90Q be used with the My JBL Headphone app?
    No, this is not possible. The N90Q is completely self-contained. Also, it is not a Bluetooth headphone.
  • Can the headphone still be used when NC is off or out of battery ?
    Yes, the headphone will still work as a pasive headphone.
  • Can the K 935 be hung on the wall?
    Yes, the transmitter / charging dock is designed to be easily hung on a wall with just two screws. Of course the headphone can be charged in this position also.
